I really want to rate this burger chain higher. I love the chargrilled flavor of their burgers. However, the last coupla visits the famous Whopper has been served«cold». They must be sitting somewhere all day. They are put together in a sloppy fashion so that you never know how much mayo or onions or lettuce is going to be on the sandwich. Can’t beat the buck«Junior Whopper” – but need it to be a HOT sandwich, not a leftover. Service is equally inconsistent – the drive-thru clerks don’t treat you«personally», sometimes the clerks are all outside on «break». Just not a professional run show. Eat at your own risk. 7÷11÷11. I originally wrote this for the BK at the corner of 98S and Edgewood-ish but I see the arrow is for the Highland City location. I just ate at the HC location and the review still stands. Almost identical. I ordered drive-thru at 11 pm. Whopper Jr. They couldn’t deliver it at the window, had to park out front with 2 other cars(not fun in the dark). Cold, sloppy, too much mayo & onion, too long a wait especially for a single sandwich nothing else. I guess it’s a BK hallmark. 9÷21÷12. Year later, paid a return visit with high hopes. No one at this store for lunch(hmmmm). I get told at the speaker«one moment please». I waited more than five minutes for that«moment». Ended up driving off. Healthier Subway next door. Too bad I can’t seem to give my money to BK. Can’t get it «my way».
