Johnsons Gate Openers

Paid Albert Johnson of Johnson Gate Opener to install an automtic gate opener and exit wand at our residence. He installed the gate opener and it had issues working properly from the get go. Mr. Johnson came out twice to fix the gate telling us we needed to get bigger batteries & install them to see if that would help the solar panel. We were charged service calls when he came out to try and fix the gate. Nothing he told us to do worked and he would not come back out and figure out why it never worked. When we paid him we paid with credit card and personal check. We were able to recover some money from the credit card company as they investigated and agreed to reverse the charges. We lost what we paid by check. The gate still does NOT work and never has! Mr. Johnson told us he was not obligated to come back and service the gate he installed. I would never use or recommend this business. Buyer beware!
