Note my 2011 review for more information. They have remodeled the location but in my opinion, it’s worse. They did nothing to improve the parking lots. I’ve watched people be blocked in by handicapped buses, etc. I was the only person in the waiting room with EIGHT employees behind the desk and they registered me 20 minutes after my time. There is far too much immature socialization by the staff – loud and party – like social media & food chatter. No professional ethic. Big sign says «No food or drink» but all the employees had drinks and the new carpet is already well stained – probably by them. Very impersonal service including by the tech who sees you first. The doctors seem wonderful too bad their first line of contact is so poor.
