Went to pick up a Christmas gift that I purchased for my boss online. Before I asked for my item, I decided to browse the store. Did an entire walk thru in approx 30 minutes and was not greeted by one of the three employees. They must have thought I was the cleaning lady or something. However, they found the time to greet other customers. Thank goodness the coupon code I used on the gift worked because the item boss lady requested was overpriced.

Small store on the outskirts of the north side mall. It gets an extra star because the help goes out of its way to help. They don’t mind popping on line for delivery dates or color change options. This store has lots of furniture, bargains, clearance items, room décor, bright colors. Most of their gorgeous ceramic kitchenware is now microwave and dishwasher safe. They have a great rewards card that provides gift cards and discounts based on use. All these things are great ways to bring customers back in…
