Target Stores

I have read over some of the reviews about disrespectful employees and so forth, but the reviews were older. They must have Changed their ways because I have always received superb customer service. The selections on various furniture, electronics, and baby items are great.
The store is extremely clean and the associates have always treated me with respect. Restrooms are clean and the Starbucks built in is a nice treat as well. I snag a piece of pizza once and awhile if I am hungry and just walk around to buy random things that my wife will yell at me about.
We chose to leave the Walmart scene and switch to Target. We have never regretted the decision. The plaza is connected to 3 separate lots that have great department stores, restaurants, and electronic stores. We could spend all day walking from store to store. They really built the area up.

I love target to the fullest but there customer service is getting to the point I think they are Turing into the other people. (and I know u all know I’m talking about.) I’m always in this store for something as everyone knows. But I can’t stand it when a cashier acts like I’m not to question them about something about a sale item. They should no their «JOB». It was like everything I asked her she wanted to not answer. To all sales associates remember you depend on me and other to support your business. So please make sure u r as helpful to me as I’m to u. This world goes around both ways. I hope next time when I write an update my review for this store it better will be because I love shopping at target. The prices are always right but the attitude please get it right.

This is a favorite place of mine, love the store, excited that it expanded to more groceries and fresh fruit. The team members are great, one of the young ladies that work there she is always smiling and remembers you and ask you how are you doing. There is another team member that has seen my son since he was an infant an to this day she says Hi to him and remembers his name, after going to the store many times to buy diapers. The team at the Pharmacy remembers our name when I go to pick up our prescriptions. I love this Target!!!

Targets are pretty standard. This had been my favorite of the Lakeland stores – less crowded with pushy customers. Conveniently located next to Staples and Michaels. However I have taken it from four stars down to two stars, due to its consistent trashy rude clerks, male and female. They don’t care if they’re working and they take their attitude out on customers. Must be under poor management to put up with employees that are not a class act in an economy where people are dying to get a job. (update 10/​17/​2012)

Very clean store, went here to pick up a game for my cousin, the electronics associate was kind enough to assist me with finding «Rise of the Argonauts» it must be a really good game because I couldn’t find it at the nearby Bestbuy. Overall a nice place to shop, my only complaint; Where is Lizzie?

I love Target! It’s super clean, the staff is usually very helpful. When you need to return something they don’t hassle you as to why. I love their dollar section when you first walk in. I am addicted to Target! keep up the good work and sales!!!

Better than average, the north Lakeland Target is a decent-​sized store with a limited grocery section. This evening the store was not crowded and we found what we needed easily. Nice clean place with reasonable prices on quality merchandise.
