Coming here was a last minute decision. I happened to be nearby and really hungry. I stopped in an got a Cuban to go. Prices were reasonable. I liked that there was no line and my sandwich was made quickly. The processes seemed robotic… the employees did their job, but they didn’t seem happy to be there. I would still go there for their food, but they could afford to be more inviting/​approachable.

Just tried this place today because of a friends recommendation. Glad I did because the Cuban I had was delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

I have to give this place a 5 stars for what they are, I was working in the area and stopped by to try them out, the Philly cheese steak was delicious (wish the bun was more sturdier) fries where really good the chilly was OK, overall the flavors where dead on, The service can use a bit more training on how to be friendlier, aside from that this place is a hidden gem for sandwiches.

Ordered a sandwich from here earlier today. I had never been there nor have i heard of it before. I had a chance to look them up but it was brief. I ended up ordering the Philly cheese add hot peppers. So after they went and got, it sat in the box once they returned another 5 min before I ate it. it was still so hot and never do I remember it being soggy. It was too much for me so I shared the other half. Taste wise it was cool. Not too much of this and that. I would have liked maybe more toppings but otherwise I would go there again. This time making sure I get a 6 inch not a 12. Way to much for me as they are very hearty subs. Not complaining thou. Out here

Great sandwich and salad shop off Pipkin. I ordered the BLT salad for $ 6.49. Huge! bacon, lettuce, tomato, HB egg, cheese, onion. Wish they had French dressing but the FF Italian was great. They run a $ 5 special for lunch weekdays, otherwise most items are $ 7-​$ 8. Service was polite and swift. Fountain or bottled drinks. There were at least 20 seated for lunch and they had several to go orders

The food is good. There is a big variety of items to choose from. It’s a convenient location for the businesses west of South Florida Ave. and not too many people who work east of South Florida Ave. know about it.
It’s packed during lunch on the weekdays but they are fast at getting the orders out, just not a lot of tables to eat there when it’s busy so you may want to get it to go at that time.
I believe the friendliness of one of the owners who just so happens to be woman taking the orders should really try to smile at the customers since they are keeping them in business! The other owner who does the food preparation should teach her some people skills.

A perfect family owned Sandwich Shop. They are always nice and the food is delicious.

I’m glad I thew away the chil cheese dog from checkers and came to this place. Excellent chili cheese dogs. service was quick even at noon.

Love this place! The sandwiches are great, prices are reasonable and the people are nice. I used to go daily when I worked nearby and was never disappointed.

Came in due to needing a quick lunch and saw the place was SLAMMED during a Thursday afternoon. I quickly choose the $ 6 2-​Chili Cheese hotdog, fries and drink special from their large menu and ordered. Food is average priced.
The dogs and fries came out within minutes– I didn’t even finish filling my drink cup.
Soft buns, warm chili that lacked in the flavor department, gooey liquid gold and fresh cut onions (if you want!). A good amount of fresh fries that have the textured type of coating was at the bottom of the paper boat. Unlimited drink cup.
The staff were busy– so I slightly understand their lack of happy demeanor– but at least try and smile a tad :). Clean faculty but nothing decorative or special. This is truly, to me, an In– and-​Out lunch place.
I would come again– because not many places have Chili Cheese dogs– and they are my fav!

went in to order food today. I asked that the condiments ie tomo, letts, etc be put on the side not on the sandwich. I was told that would be an extra charge. so I canceled my order and walked out. (so, I give this place a –5)

I go here because it’s close to home. At lunch the line is out the door so I will order ahead. The gyro is usually really full of meat and they do not skimp on it. I just wish they would shave it off the big ol chunk of meat as opposed to have cut it ahead of time.

Gyros are ok. Chicken and yellow rice are ok but usually give me a tummy ache. Everything else I’ve had here is just meh and overpriced. The only reason I’ve been here multiple times is because of the convenience. It’s really close to my workplace but I haven’t been back since I got a salty Cuban that was super gross. :(The wife of the owner (I think) always looks pissed off. I feel like they use really really cheap ingredients and overcharge big time. Everything is super processed and hardly fresh. The fries have this odd breading and taste like they’ve been fried in old grease. It’s really weird. Not a fan. I’m sorry Sandwich Factory.

We were in the mood for a quick lunch. This place is great. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was one of the best I ever had. Asked for it without green peppers. Can do! Beef sliced thin so easy to chew and there was so much beef I initially doubted my big mouth could encompass it. Bun was toasted and covered with melted cheese. Yum! I even ate fries– or half of them. Something I don’t usually do but these were coated in something that added flavor and crispness. Service was quick. Atmosphere is nothing special but price was great. I had huge iced tea with refill, sandwich and fries for less than $ 10. A bargain. Wish I lived closer to this jewel.

We have been trying to explore new places nearby, We were on the way home from picking up the kids and wanted to grab some sandwiches to take home, so I pulled out my trusty iphone used my Unilocal app saw The Sandwich Factory came up it was sorta on our way so we ordered like the other reviews 10 minutes it was ready.
I went ahead and got the Philly Cheese and it did not disappoint at all just to let you know I was in Philly two weeks ago and it was just as good if not better than what I got up there, the wife had the club it was also very good we saved the rest for the next day the sandwiches were so big. Since then we have been back twice always to go and always ready in ten minutes. Keep up the good work.

My family and I eat here 2 – 3 times a week. The food and service has always been great. The prices are better than other restaurants with this type of menu and you won’t find any place that has better hospitality. To the person complaining about someone being treated better because they had a special bowl for their salad, bring your own bowl (like I did) and they will take care of you too.

1. Amazing hearty delicious food in very large portions for a price — a whole sub will feed they very hungry, or could last two meals.
2. fast service no matter the hour. I bring clients here as I know we will be served quickly, and the food is good.

The food is really very good… great sandwiches with fresh ingredients… hot n cold sandwiches… and the people are really nice… I find this place is really clean and they have a good variety of things to eat. highly recommended.

2^nd time visiting and it never fails. I had the Philly Cheese Steak combo with fries and it was as good as the first time.

Great mom and pop sandwich shop. I’ve had several of their menu items, and I especially like their taco salad, pressed cubans, black beans and rice… I could go on. They even have cookies, brownies and ice cream for dessert!
Great service, fast and friendly. Good prices. I go there more than I should!
