I normally give Walgreens a 3 star if it is just an ordinary location with nothing standing out. I awarded this location 4 stars for good reason.
My wife called around to several Walgreens to see if they offered the TDAP shot, due to the recommendation by her OBGYN. We were able to stop by and get the shot with no problem. Thankfully our 2 different insurance companies covered the shot with no charge.
The female pharmacist was incredibly personable, nice, polite, and kept us engaged in conversation with talking about her family and kids, as well as asking us about our expected daughter. She made us feel special and allowed us to get to know her on a personal, but not invasive level. She was just a happy individual who brightened up our night, even with a needle going in our arms lol! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

This is your typical local pharmacy. They have all the basic bells and whistles without the help of staff. I came in to buy something to drink (Argo tea) which is manufactured specifically for Walgreen’s and Duane Reade. Not only did they not have it, they barely had water bottles. To say they are understaffed is an understatement. I waited in line for a bit without a cashier even coming up to help. When she finally showed up, she said, «Do you need some help?» Well, obviously if 6 people are standing in line ready to pay. Wouldn’t go back here unless I was in dire need of going to the drug store.
