I’m giving this place only 2 stars — not because of the food(which is actually pretty good!), but due to the fact that the«service» leaves MUCH to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant yesterday morning, I was not greeted with a «good morning» or even a simple«welcome». The passing waitress just gave me a half-glance and a «sit anywhere you want», and kept moving. Ohhh-kaayyy… kinda set the tone for my whole experience there. I found an empty table, and sat for several minutes before even receiving a menu(which, by the way, was just plopped in front of me without a word. Nice.). One positive — I did get a cup of coffee after sitting down. So, after making my choice and closing my menu — which I understand is a universal signal to waitstaff that the customer is ready to order — it was quite a bit before a waitress arrived. Mind you, it was not overly busy during my visit. I would love to give this place 3 — or even 4 — stars, because the food is good and plentiful. But a restaurant’s staff is so huge to its image and the clientele’s perception. Little things such as a nice greeting and checking to see if everything with the meal is okay — these little touches mean a lot. Neither of these happened during my visit. To the proprietors — if it’s your way to treat your customers in a surly manner, you’re in the wrong business. I think that upon my next visit to Lakeport, I’ll stick with Renee’s across the street.

Great food! This place is always packed, but the food is worth the wait! Best breakfast in lake county.

WOW… now this is what a breakfast/lunch place is suppose to be all about. I had the French Toast sandwich and I am sure this yummy breakfast will take me way past dinner. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon between two thick pieces of french toast. Amazing!!!

Well to start, there arent many breakfast joints in town… But always prefer this place over the others. You can Sit inside or outside. My favorite is the eggs benedict hash. Its something ive never had before and it takes the cake!

Great food & service. Extensive menu; fabulous hearty, home-cooked breakfast on a cold winter Sunday morning. Between us we had scrambled, Benedict, omelette & good old-fashioned bacon & eggs. We were all satisfied and happy with our choices. Didn’t give it a 5 because the coffee wasn’t great and the hollandaise sauce didn’t have much flavor. But everything else was supreme including the service. We will be back!

Honestly one of my TOP favorites in Lake County! The food is always amazing and the service is quick and the prices are reasonable. I love me some Sanducci’s for Breakfast or Lunch!

The menu is huge! Burgers are great and there is one to fulfill what ever you are in the mood for. I had the pastrami burger and it was really good and done just the way I liked.

What a great place for breakfast or lunch for an awesome burger! The burgers are thick and tasty, you can’t find a burger of this quality in too many places. Lots of burger selections. Breakfast is again of high quality with some great selections. This place gets crowded fast, so if you want a table inside to stay warm in the winter, get there early. One of the best places on the lake to eat, consistent good and way better than Rene’s across the street!

Food ended up being OK but we waited 45 minutes. The service was terrible. During the wait no one ever checked in us and I had to ask where our order was. The waitress was rude and and the personality of a rock!

I was driving by and saw the crowd in front. I thought with a crowd like that it must be good. It was If you like hamburgers, they have two pages in the menu of different styles. Will go to again. Breakfast was good as well as the home made milk shakes.

This place rocks. Their menu offers plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch. I haven’t had the same thing twice yet. The staff is friendly and attentive. Outside seating available with umbrellas to keep you from melting in the mid day sum. Parking can be tight so go early.

My boyfriend and I were in the area on memorial day weekend, place was packed! And I fully understand why! Their burger menu is out of this world. I got the western burger… the onion rings on it were AMAZING to say the least. The guy who told has to have a seat outside was super sweet & funny. He also makes the best milkshake we ever had lol. Our server was a very nice blonde haired lady… she was very attentive & knowledgeable of the menu. We are coming back to stay at skylark resort for 4th of July. .cant wait to go back to this restaurant! ! :-)

This little café right near the water in Lakeport is a perfect«greasy spoon» type of place to get a decent breakfast or lunch. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here(we live 45 minutes away), but were we in or near Lakeport we would absolutely visit again. My vegetarian benedict was tasty and inexpensive. My husband’s hash(and hash browns) were just what he wanted. This isn’t a place for foodie’s or «good» coffee lovers, but neither is Lakeport, currently. The Middletown area has the lion’s share of good coffee and a trek to Calistoga is required if seeking foodie food(Calistoga Kitchen has a dandy Sunday brunch). We’ll hit Sanducci’s again for breakfast next time we are in Lakeport.

If you are in Lakeport and wish to go out for breakfast, this is the place to go. Price is fair and servings are generous. Overall it is good food. Service at times can be slow, but it is expected when you go on a busy weekend morning. There are some reviews of having a crabby waitress. Unfortunately the crabby waitress is one of the owners. My friends and I refer to her as «happy». The other owners who are there are nice and friendly and they do a great job to address any concerns you may have if your food is not to your liking.

If you have a hankering for crappy diner food in a mid century hole-in-wall coffee shop, this is your place. Oh, and throw in a careless surly waitress and you got the enchilada, which I would never order here. Giving them 2 stars because the coffee wasn’t as inedible as I expected.

I don’t know if ppl are keeping this place a secret but it is great. We were seated right away, the staff was super helpful in both making recommendations from there exhausting menu and getting sugar free stuff for my diabetic parents. Food took a long time to come(40 min) but it was worth it. We ordered: French toast sando: French toast was super good. Almost better deconstructed Polynesian burger: linguisa was so yum. Jodis omelette: had less hollandaise which I think made it more perfect for me. Had the right ratio of chorizo spice to southwest sauce and was my favorite of the 3. Best part was our waitress. She was amazing and sweet and made our visit to this little spot totally enjoyable

Wonderful burgers! The burger menu is HUGE, there are too many burgers to choose from. I had the Chubbs Western Burger, and it was delicious. The onion rings on my burger appeared to be homemade. The french fries were nice and crisp. The wait staff seemed friendly. The restaurant was very crowded both inside and outside. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out, which was okay since I wasn’t in a hurry. We will be back.
