LIL redheaded old lady at night shift VERY RUDE! I have talked to Store Manager Sheila about this RUDE employee before and it looks like NOTHING has changed!
Will seek out store Manager Sheila in person tomorrow to follow up on this RUDE employees behavior. And if I don’t get a satisfactory response for her, I WILL escalate to corporate!!!
I Have personally witnessed her talk down to store customers, including myself, and fellow store employees.
This sort of cancerous employee cannot be tolerated for employment when she has NO customer or human relations skills!
A store customer at this location for the last 15+ years, and will reconsider my loyalty to this store if this RUDE employee is NOT terminated.

This place is painful. Every time I’ve come here there’s been one cashier working and someone wants ice cream — insert a 20+ minute wait to check out. No thanks. I’ll never come back, if I can help I it I in any way shape or form.

This review is aimed at the pharmacy only. I called to ask a simple question and was immediately put on hold. This has happened several times since changing my ‘scripts from what once was Savon in Albertsons/Haggen which closed & force me to change.
I stayed on hold, initially, for 18 minutes. I decided to drive the mile and a half while still on hold. I stood in line (2 customers ahead of me) still on hold.
To make a long story short, I was on hold for 43 minutes when I finally was served in line just to ask a a simple prescription question. I spoke with the pharmacy’s register person, a person I surmised was a pharmacist’s assistant, & the on duty pharmacist about my being put on hold and not returning to my call.
This has happened a few other times as well.
I’m now in the process of looking a pharmacy that puts customers first.

I go here a lot because it’s conveniently near my work. Everyone seems friendly to me and has knowledge of the store IF you can find them. Sometimes I just leave and come back later if there is a line because the cashiers are so slow. Aside from that no complaints.

Super rude might manager that couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge customers that had been waiting for a long time at the ice cream counter. Instead, he walked by, ignored us and barked orders at his hard working employees. Bad excuse for a manager.
