Great location if you’re traveling and need a break, right off of Interstate 35! Good brunch options for decent prices! Hash browns are awesome.

There were 12 people in our group, some with dietary restrictions, and we were all impressed with the meal. The selection, the quality, the presentation… All top notch. An excellent dinner. A «must try» if you’re in Lakeville, MN

I always drive past this place on I-36 so I was excited to meet 20 people there for a surprise brunch on a Saturday. Lots of room for groups of ALL sizes and ages groups. Great parking and nicely placed if you’re wanting to meet friends who live in south suburbs. The service was incredible — they were quick, attentive, and didn’t mess up ANY of our orders! The hostess of the party had pre-ordered 20 blueberry and chocolate muffins. I ordered the corn beef hash — yummy and hearty. I’m lactose intolerant so I unfortunately wasn’t able to ordered it with their famed creamy hash, but they subbed them for breakfast potatoes and it was great. Lots of beautiful natural light and though I didn’t sit at the bar I admired its grandness from afar. I will be back to watch a game.

Wonderful food and almost too many menu options! I have been going here for years and can recommend almost everything on the menu. The French fries are a must have! We recently ordered the jerk shrimp wrap and the grilled prime rib sandwich. Both dishes were on point! The 3-star rating is all because of the mediocre service. When you spend $ 20 on a sandwich you can expect a certain level of service. The staff was obviously ‘in the weeds’ and it showed. The bartender did his best but lacked urgency. We also overheard one of the staff commenting on how bad he wanted to be done working that night. It was 9p on a Saturday. And they were obviously not prepared for the late dinner crowd. Don’t worry Harry… We’ll be back!

I was craving some wings, but hubby was craving a burger on a Friday night. We came here at the suggestion of a Unilocal friend, although he did mention that for really good wings we would have to travel across the river. I was too hungry to drive and we wanted to try more local places anyway so we landed at Harry’s. I got their Organic Bomber Wings. My initial thought was«Damn! $ 15 for a plate of wings?!», but the menu did say they were«organic» so ok fine. The hubs ordered the Swishroom burger and that came in at a hefty price of $ 14.50, granted we upgraded to their beer batter fries instead of chips($ 2.50 upcharge). The service was pretty quick for a busy Friday night and the food came out fast. The wings were pretty good and did the job to satisfy my cravings. I had a bite of the burger and that was ok too. The fries though were delicious! So crunchy and delicate! If I came here again, I’d definitely order a plate of fries with a side of fries. The food and service deserves 4 stars, however the prices are just too high for what they are serving. A solid 3 it is for Harry’s.

I love Harry’s! Such a cute place with yummy breakfast. We always have great service too. You have to try the cheesy hashbrowns… they’re so good. I’ve had a few of their burgers as well, and they’re always super juicy and cooked to a perfect medium. I wish the portions were a little bigger, and I wish they would have more specials. Other than that, keep up the good work, Harry’s!

Absolutely atrocious, tasted like they scooped my prime rib hash out of the bottom of a dumpster!

Terrible experience from poor service to mediocre food. Talked to the manager, while he was very nice he was extremely inexperienced unfortunately for Harry’s.

We’re from Chicagoland, but had meetings in the Twin Cities area late last month. A friend there, knowing that we are«foodies» picked Harry’s Café as our place to meet for the one and only time we could get together before our return trip to Chicago. We ate there for brunch on a Saturday. The layout of the restaurant is not typical, and very appealing. Décor is upbeat and gives a clean, local flavor. Very good service, clever menu items, everyone in our party was very happy with their orders, overall pleasant experience. It’s right off the highway, so convenient to get to if you’re traveling interstate. A bit pricey, but not exorbitant.

Not impressed at all ordered steak and got 5 – 7 thin slices ¼ inch long on a mound of mushrooms and onions. A dallop of potatoes not worth the prices at all left there and went to eat somewhere else. 50.00 for a salad and the beef tips for almost 20.00NOTWORTHTHEPRICE

Everything is made from scratch. This is my favorite place to eat in the Minneapolis area. I come through the area once a year and always stop for at least one delightful repast. The meatloaf makes all other meatloafs dream of what they could have been. Real mashed potatoes, real homemade gravy. Local meats and produce. Delicious chocolate milkshakes. Love the Cajun pasta and the Kobe beef. Their homemade shrimp potstickers are the best! Thanks Harry!

After having lived in the area for many years my wife and I decided to give Harry’s a try, we were pleasantly surprised because we somewhat expected a run of the mill bland breakfast joint .We had the omeletts and creamy hash browns(we weren’t sure why they were called creamy hash browns) but very good none the less. We recommend this place !!

It is a pretty clean place and has friendly service Ordered Kobe beef dip w au jus Do not recommend. Beef was tough and had a lot of gristle type material The beer battered fries are ok but lack any seasoning or even salt . Manager took the meal off of my check without any complaints I’ll come back but stick to salad or chicken strips next time They do offer a lot of organic local options as well so that’s encouraging

Great food, clean, and fast service. All home cooked from scratch and it shows. Was there for lunch and owner came by to say hello as our waitress told him we were from out of town. Class act. Great alternative to the mega chain establishments at MOA. Will make this a traditional stop on future road trips through the area.

It’s an ok place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is pretty decent. They seem to focus on quality, fresh ingredients, and homemade dressings. We’ve been about four times and I’ve liked what I ordered about 50 percent of the time. The fries are always good, and the BLT was great. The sandwich I ordered last time was fairly dry, and the burger I’ve eaten there was mostly flavorless. We’ll be back, but I haven’t found anything that I’d consider my favorite.

#6 on the wing challenge My wife and I were out-and-about enjoying the day and decided to stop by Harry’s to grab a quick bit to eat before hitting up an antique shop in the area. Wasn’t really sure what to order so I asked the server how the wings were. «You gotta try ‘um!» Okay, why not! I’m hesitant to order wings because far too many places just open up a bottle of Frank’s Red Hot and that’s just not my cup of tea. Thankfully, Harry’s buffalo wing sauce was not that at all. I got my wings extra crispy as I normally do and they were awesome. They had a nice salty flavor, cooked perfectly and the extra crispy outside just makes the wings that much better. Harry’s wings are the full wing you have to break apart yourself and you get plenty with your order. To top it all off, the buffalo sauce was delicious as well. It had it’s own unique flavor and I would definitely go back for more. IF you have an appetite, try one of their burger challenges and I’ll say this… GOODLUCK!

I probably would never have set foot here if I wasn’t driving back from Des Moines and if I didn’t have a friend named Dita. We made a plan on a whim and she said Harry’s Café. I said ok. After driving 4 hours in the morning to get to Des Moines, and then repeating the drive 3 hours later, I was ready for some good food and alcoholic beverage. That drive was so mind numbing I thought my hot dentist shot some novocaine to my skull. This experience at Harry’s was so different than my last night’s dinner at Borough. This time, I had no expectation whatsoever. I thought it would be just an okay neighborhood restaurant that Dita likes. I just went in knowing that I would eat good every day food. The dinner started off right with our server carding both Dita and me. Dita was so ecstatic she had to take picture of that faithful occasion. Then I asked what soup she had and each soup sounded worse than the other. Mrs. Adventurous Dita who apparently didn’t believe in curiosity killed the cat ordered the Reuben soup. I looked at her confused when she ordered it. Really? really? It sounded horrific thinking about corned beef, thousand island, rye bread, and kraut as a soup. She was more woman than I’d ever be. Dita had just recovered from a nasty bout of flu and the first thing that came out from her mouth when the soup came was«that looked like puke.» Then, she ate it and said it was delicious and made me try it. I was reluctant but I was a warrior when it came to food. I had worse looking food than puke. I was telling Sam W last night I had a goat eyeball bursted in my mouth. So, puke. Yeah, it’s a good day for puke. The puke was fucking delicious! It had big chunks of tender corned beef and the kraut and the rye croutons made it very Reuben. I ended up liking the Reuben soup. Unlike Borough who talked about their soup like it was the biggest invention after cold fusion, this Reuben soup was hailed as nothing and ridiculed as puke. However, it is so damn delicious. Dita’s grilled cheese was also amazingly tasty. It’s grilled cheese, no explanation but damn that was good. My chicken parm had a good taste as far as the chicken. I didn’t care for the linguini that was drenched in marinara. It was also mushy noodle. But hey, they never claimed to be an Italian food expert so I blamed myself for ordering it. So, I guess I preferred to be surprised on good note than to be let down on big hype. Tonight’s dinner was awesome and I learned about motorboating. Eating great tasty puke and motorboating would always be a great evening in any dictionary.

Food was not impressive what so ever… Burger was completely over cooked and was over priced. Asked for a medium burger and was dried out. High priced cocktails that are not that good. Our waitress was great, friendly and helpful, but the quality and price of the food was a major disappointment.

Had the famous Ruben Sandwich, very good! The Mrs had the Farmers Breakfast and said it was very good as well. The airplane décor is very cool, the establishment was very clean and well run. The owner even stopped by to see how we were doing.
