Pizza Hut

I rarely write reviews, you have to wow me in a good way or a very bad way. This place, wow’d me in a really bad way. We recently moved and this is the new Pizza Hut that delivers to us. We LOVE Pizza Hut. This location… not so much. We have placed 7 online orders for delivery (yes, I give places a lot of chances). They have never delivered our order correctly, not once in 7 attempts. The last order (since it’s fresh in my mind), they brought us the wrong pizza. We ordered a supreme, they delivered a cheese. They brought a supreme out about an hour and a half later but it didn’t have the crust flavor we ordered. They’ve forgotten our drink, desserts, sides, and they have taken well over an hour to deliver even though their site still says 30 minutes most of the time. With all of this, the staff is rude… There have been a few (deliver drivers) who just look defeated and depressed and apologize a million times. If you call in however, they couldn’t care less. If you’re answering the phones and someone is complaining about service, the least you can do is be apologetic and polite. Hire more employees, and train them in customer service.

Can you give a location 0 stars? I would if I could. In sad because I LOVE Pizza Hut pizza but this location is the WORST! Rude staff who just continuously tell you your pizza is with the driver & then it shows up cold & no matter what, they offer nothing! I’m not looking for a handout, but at least be apologetic & polite & not short/​rude! I would LOVE this location to get their stuff together so hot, fresh pizza can be delivered on time!

They moved up the road to business strip in front of Home Depot. This is the second time in a row that I ordered pizzas for pickup. I showed up 20 minutes later and then had to wait for another 45 minutes because they were short staffed and had not even started on our pizzas and the lobby full of upset people’s pizza…
Then the pizzas were wrong.
