CAMERONISTHEBEST!!! I can’t say enough good things about this AT&T store in Colorado Mills Mall. Totally WOWED!!! Cameron is by far and away one of the kindest and most patient service rep’s I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He stayed with my mom and I for 4HOURS! Yeah, that’s incredible. My mom had a million q’s and he needed to do a crash course in teaching her HOW to use the iphone 6. He did it with grace, professionalism, and kindness. Cameron also REALLYKNOWS Iphones! AT&T your are so lucky to have him! He is easy going, friendly, and great with trouble shooting. We had issues with passwords, logging in etc and he stayed calm working through the issues easily. ANAT&T ANGEL! My mom and I are customers with AT&T for life now because of the AMAZING customer service Cameron gave us. We will always go back to him. Absolute LOYALTY! Everyone at the store has been very friendly too. Wonderful and pleasant experience all the way around.

This is the shortened(but true to form) version of the conversation that happened here: Me: Can you tell me about the AT&T Next Plan? AT&T guy: Um. So you just pay that amount for 18 months before you get a new phone. (I ask a couple more questions only to be given the same short replies) Me: Oookay. What if I said I wanted to sign up today and order this phone? AT&T Guy: You have to go online, we have no phones in stock Me: I can’t even order the phone from here? Or sign up for the plan? AT&T Guy: Nope Me: So. You do nothing here? AT&T Guy: If we had the phones in stock we’d sell it to you but we don’t. —- Now you know everything. I don’t know what that guy was doing but he definitely had no interest in selling me a phone or a plan. I’ll definitely be speaking with my boss about moving our company’s plan to another carrier

Sat at AT&T for over 15 minutes with not ONE salesperson bothering to glance up and acknowledge I was there. I would never go in that store(Colorado Mills) again. Rude. Funny thing is – there was a guy with his T-Mobile tshirt on waiting for service as well — he was not getting a glance either.

This company will not bill you for what they say they will bill you for. You will expect a $ 250.00 bill and it will be $ 500.00. They come up with all with all sorts of reasons to charge you almost double. Then when you try to cancel they don’t cancel you they just keep sending bills even though you have called them every month for 3 months straight trying to cancel. Wouldn’t even recommend them to my enemy!

Amazing service, great selection for iPhone cases. A+. Love the service they provide and the customer service. Was shopping for iPhone 4s cases all day, Sprint, T-mobile, Verizon, and radio shack, did not find anything, getting discouraged when I found this. I thought oh just another waste of time. Not at all, found my dream case! And you will too.

Probably the worst phone carrier store that employs snooty and untrained customer service representatives. They promoted the NEXT programs without knowing hardly any info and did not bother to ask fellow coworkers for any answers. New to Att and so far not impressed. Was gonna add a new line to non contract account but definitely rethinking the idea.
