Let me start of by saying the team here at this store are awesome. They try and help you the best they can. The Nerd Herd (the staff) are experts here. Quick to diagnose the problem and quick to get the parts too. I’ve had multiple phones repaired here. Cracked screens, bad batteries, LCD broken etc… they fixed it. I have referred MANY people to this location and if you’re reading this and need a repair please let this be your first stop. Always call before you go. They will let you know (usually) the price over the phone.
There was one customer in which they messed up repairing the phone, and they bought her a brand new one! Not only do they guarantee their work, but they go above and beyond!
I also brought my girlfriend here to get her phone fixed. Noticing they had some excellent deals on phones she bought a very good Note 4 in good condition. The Note 4 wasn’t at the store, but at a different location. The manager offered to bring it here just for her. Great price too!
If you need a phone fixed, or used phone to purchase always check here first!
Colin, and Jake are my personal favorites. But don’t let my bias have you fooled, they are all great to deal with.
BEWARE: There are many «phone repairs» in the mall, ONLY go to this one. I have personally seen the «other guys» mess up repairs very badly and deny it. This place stands by their work.

When I went in to get my phone fixed the employees were pretty rude and I don’t think they provide quality service at all. Less then a week after getting my screen replaced it started coming loose and popping up. They just did a bad job

I cracked my iPhone 5 glass screen, so badly, that a different electronic speciality shop told me it was beyond repair. They also quoted me at $ 175 before they turned me away. I have insurance on my phone but the deductible is $ 200.
I was referred to Full Cycle Cellular but the fellas at the AT&T shop next door. I went in initially frustrated and impatient. I was on my lunch break and needed my phone asap due to a family situation. The boys were so nice and attentive even though I came across as a bit irascible initially.
I was told one of the boys my situation. He quoted me $ 110 and said he would get it done as fast as he could despite their typical 1 – 2 hours wait. He got it to well within my lunch break.
I don’t even want to pay for insurance any more with this place around and their staff, there’s really no reason to deal with the run-​around of your bs insurance policy by your carrier.

Needed to get my Iphone’s shattered front screen fixed before I could trade it in towards my new phone.
The guys were very friendly and took care of the job.
Not so sure that the job needs to be $ 75, but that’s cheaper than most of the other competition.
Enjoyed joking around with the guys and would recommend to anyone who needs a quick phone fix.

I wish I could rate these guys zero stars. I brought them a working phone with dust behind the screen and they returned a useless brick. The guy who broke it was untrained and cavalier. I’m looking into small claims court. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

This business is a scam. Unethical, dishonest, over priced, and lacking customer service skills. Read the fine print because what they tell you by mouth is not on the paperwork. I wish we could have helped a small business but I will be trusting the «big» guys from now on. I learned a hard lesson and am out $ 350.00 because of it!
