This company recently bought the property from my previous property management company. I found out it was bought on September 25, and on October 9th they came to my door and gave me a notice to move by October 31st. My lease had just expired on September 30. They did not give me the opportunity or option to sign a new lease. Just told me to get out, for no other reason. Legally, they can do that but morally it is wrong. I would not even consider renting from this company ever if this is how they treat the tenants. Heartless company. I cannot wait to get out now.

We have been requesting information about a property they are trying to sell and the realtor won’t answer her phone or return our calls, the other realtors won’t give us any information and hurried us out the door and hung up on us. How rude! They obviously don’t want our business and can’t put in enough effort for potential clients!!!

Unimpressive.
They had an ad out on craigslist for a rental property. I expressed interest, and was going to drive 2 ½ hours to see it. I had to cancel, and was calling frantically to make sure they got the message. It didn’t matter – they’d rented it out to someone else. That by itself would be fine… but they *knew* I had to drive a long way to see it. If I hadn’t called, they would have let me waste a full tank of gas and an afternoon. It just indicates a complete lack of respect for clients.
