I ordered some bras from Lane Bryant’s website and had them shipped here. The customer service was excellent and I was in and out. The clothes are way to expensive and they were too mature for me. I’m in my late 20s so this is definitely not the place for me to buy casual wear clothing. The undergarments are perfect though and I love my bras. They give the perfect support, even when I’m working out.

I have shopped at this Catherines for years. While the workers have come and gone, Mary, the manager remains. She is helpful, intelligent, and willing to go the extra mile for you. There are times that the store doesn’t have what I need, but that is usually because I haven’t jumped on a sale. I do agree that there are a few workers who are not as helpful as they should be. However, these folks won’t stay long. 90% of my wardrobe comes from Catherines. Thanks for the good quality clothes over the years.

I’m a young woman. This store is not for young women. It certainly caters to an older type of woman, and the employees didn’t offer help since they were all engaged in conversation with a set of other customers. Won’t be back here again but not because of the lack of service, its because the clothes suck.
