Disappointed with my choice to try and get a good deal from groupon, the salon I made an appointment at was closed l, didn’t get a phone call they were closed, then when I attempted to call to reschedule my appointment there was no answer, received a call back wanting to cancel my appointment and I was hung up on… think I’d know better but I’ll just continue to pay regular price for my services

Christina is amazing!!!
I had never colored my hair before and she did a spectacular job. I ended up getting a haircut and balayage and it looks great. She explained every step and asked me questions to make sure I got the result I was looking for. I will definitely be going back to her and i am already recommending her

I called several times to make an appointment after I purchased the groupon online and was finally called back on Monday morning. I booked an appointment for 445pm that day and was told it would be about an hour and a half. I canceled plans and rearranged my schedule to make this appointment. I’m a little iffy with salons in Lakewood but I was in dire need of a color and cut. When I arrived, 15 minutes early, I was surprised about the location. I pass it often but never realized what it was or even thought twice about stopping in this parking lot. I parked, got out and tried to open the door only to read a sign that said CLOSED on MONDAY. Why would someone call me and book an appointment on a day they are closed? Groupon specified this purchase must be used Monday-​Friday after 5pm or all day during the weekends. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I called groupon and left a complaint as well as canceled and went elsewhere.
It is unprofessional not to call someone back but even more unprofessional to make an appointment with someone on a day the facility is closed. Not only have they wasted my time by changing my schedule, but the drive here is completely out of the way for me.
I would NOT recommend coming here.
