I have had a unit since 2007 and this place has raised my rent from the beginning so much I am now paying close to $ 200 for a no contract unit at a facility that has not changed significantly over these years. Any updates the management does they feel the need to increase rates. I would suggest you shop around for better pricing and a long term contract without increases. Also they charge very high for their boxes locks and so forth. If they go any higher on me I will have to let the unit go into default! And I have it packed from floor to ceiling. I am a disabled vet on a fixed income and a senior they need to cut me as well as others a break!!!

I’ve had a unit at this location from November of 2011 and plan to be out June 2012. After the first 6 months they raised my rent which they did give adequate warning about, still wasn’t happy. I have only stopped by once to get into my unit since moving in and was horrified to see how dirty everything inside was. I’ve stored things at several different storage companies before and have never experienced anything like this. Leaves, dust and spiderwebs. Didn’t make me a happy camper. When I decided to move my things out, I left a message with the front office to discuss their expectations on my move and make sure I have everything in order. Then I left another message. Then I decided to just talk to the national service center and they were able to handle my call in about two minutes. While I was finally able to resolve things, it would have been so much nicer to have had my calls returned from the start. I wouldn’t recommend this place, you can find cheaper units that are just as good… if not better.
