Some of the sweetest baristas anywhere work here but mochas are inconsistent and not always hot enough. The biggest deduction for this place is their prices do not reflect amazing quality.

I got a Puppicino for my dog riddick. He is a big dog and they gave a reasonable amount. I have gone to another place and they gave me a tiny bit on a lid. The coffee for me was delicious.

White chocolate mocha here is WAAAAY better than Starbucks. Love the staff. Always so friendly Great coffee. Great customer service. After giving birth, this is my come-​to place for a nice little indulgence and pick-​me-​up! I highly recommend!

I tried their Whiskey Caramel Machiatto at their other location in Lacey and was hoping this location had it as well.
Yes they did! Ordered two. One for myself and one for my mother in law. It was my mother in laws first Whiskey Caramel Machiatto and right away she said it was really good.
The baristas here are also very nice and try to make a conversation with you which is also a plus.
Great coffee, great customer service! Will be back for more!
Only thing I wish is if they would make a way to view their drink menus, not the coffee bean menu.

Cutters Point is delicious coffee. I’ve had mostly positive experiences and still would come back to this location. There is a barista who works in the afternoons who is super friendly… I very much appreciate her kindness and it’s what keeps me coming back! Thank you!

I enjoy getting my morning brew from Cutters Point in Lakewood wa. They are fast, friendly and they defiantly don’t forget a face. Best coffee hands down. Haven’t been to Starbucks in a couple month since they opened a location in Lakewood. Love my Caramel Macchiato

I come almost every weekday morning for 5 reasons…
1. Because I’m addicted to caffeine.
2. The baristas are always super nice.
3. They have almond milk.
4. No joke, after only my second visit, the manager knew my name and my order.

Great alternative to the green mermaid.
Cutters point recently opened in a drive thru on Bridgeport in Lakewood. I love the salted caramel latte it is wonderful. Better yet the service is great. They seem to take pride in remembering my drink, in fact the barista apologized because she didn’t remember my entire order. They have a generous reward program and there breakfast options go beyond the standard muffin. They are quick and friendly. Great place.
