Dunkin’ Donuts

The people working there are fantastic! Super sweet and great service! Weekdays at 8am are usually quite busy though. They keep it very clean and have items in stock most of the time

As with every dunkin i have been to, the employees do not listen. Three times now i order an unsweet no cream coffee and every time its always sweet and creamy. I dont get it, they even repeat it back to me correctly. Also their breakfast sandwiches are thin but pretty cheap

This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts. Don’t expect fresh, don’t expect even a modest variety. I have never been here at 7:00am, but try to get donuts (novel idea) late morning and you will be greeted with single donuts of a poor variety. The donuts are stale. They seem more concerned about controlling stale than sales.
I cannot believe that out of the half dozen times I have visited, every single time it is the same experience. Absolutely horrible food product, capped by ever-​changing poor customer service. If this is not a franchise, DD needs to fix this. It is well known in Lakewood not to expect good donuts here.
Bypass this place and visit Donut Pantry on Madison. They are a long term Lakewood establishment with fresh product and friendly service.

When they have donuts they are good. This Is The WORST run location in cleveland. They will forget to make certain donuts and then they run out of others mid morning. Would not recommend, just go to one of the others in the area.

The service has been horrible lately. They are not honoring the promotions that DD is showing online either. I’ll go to another friendlier DD.

Many mornings (than I care to admit!), I find myself in the drive through of this Dunkin Donuts picking up some iced coffee (the best!). Each morning, I am excitedly greeted by very nice workers. They get cars through the line very fast and efficient. Even when I ask for a little bit of cream and sugar, they always get it just right. I wish they could be a part of my routine every day, if only my wallet could handle that!

Good, fast, polite drive thru staff. This makes picking up the best coffee a nice morning ritual. Their coffee is always fresh tasting. I’ve had less fresh tasting from the Mayfield location.

Best coffee EVER .and I’m a huge fan of their chicken-​salad bagel sandwiches too! Whatever I get, it’s always fresh and tasty!
The fact that they have a drive thru is extremely helpful in the mornings for someone like me. When I’m rushing to work I usually don’t have time for much. The staff at this location is extra polite and efficient. Their line moves super fast, always.
Plus I can get my coffee with Splenda and Skim. instead of getting stuck with fatty sugar and cream like a lot of other drive thru coffee options in Lakewood. Gotta watch my girlish figure!

Ok, another star it is! Because…
— I go in here almost every day with Lorelei and everyone is so nice and friendly to us. It’s very well air– conditioned and clean inside, and the employees are very helpful.
–96.5 kiss fm or random top 40 mixes are now on consistently, ridding the «boring» factor.
— I’ve seen many more people in here lately, making it seem less isolated.

Brand new store in Lakewood. However there were issues.
Girl working there forgot two items on my order. One I brought up while she was swiping my card, she said «oh yeah, I had to put that in a separate bag» (like, it was going to taint the other donuts with it’s maple cream or something???). The other was my iced coffee, which even I forgot about since I was getting breakfast for a few people. I realized this when I got to my car.
Not a great experience, although I tried the new bagel twists which were really good, so at least it has something going for it.
Since the hours are good for early morning, I would say I’m all for it. But if you want the best donuts in Lakewood, this place doesn’t even come close to the doughnut pantry at madison and st. charles.
