Jersey Mike’s Subs

The food was ok. The service was horrible. I ordered their largest sub and my request simple, ‘can you cut it into thirds?,’ I was told, in quite a rude manner, ‘We cut the sandwich into fourths.’ Just in a general manner, the man who prepared my food was rude and short; I felt like I had bothered him by stopping by their store. It was a stark contrast from the BBQ place I bought some food from not 5 minutes earlier. I would not have complained even if I had the time, even if I was not in a rush, but it left a poor taste in my mouth. I will not be going back.

Poor customer service. I love Jersey Mikes and I will eat at any Jersey mike with the exception of this one. I went in to order and asked if they could heat up the turkey provolove sandy and they refused. I am no the type to sit and argue or be belligerent so I just left and won’t go back.
Perhaps there is something I am missing but I don’t see why in the world it is so hard to heat up some meat, they can cook/​heat up chicken/​beef but turkey just won’t do??? It is definitely a shame as this is one of my favorite chains.

Love Jersey Mike’s! Friendly service & fresh sandwiches. Sometimes they are a little heavy on the dressing so I just make sure to ask them to make it «light on the dressing»

Yes! Jersey Mikes is back in Lakewood! This is my favorite sandwich shop around. Excellent Italian and amazing cheesesteaks! What more could you ask for? The people working today were also nice and friendly. Only negative is that parking in this area can be a mess — but great sandwiches!

I had Jersey Mike’s in California a few times before I moved to Colorado and I loved it. Tonight I stop in to pick up dinner for me and the boy. I get the large #10 (tuna) Mike’s way. My server was very friendly and we chatted while he made our sandwich. Told me nobody came in last night and it was double points night. I was like what? Really? Told me my receipt had a BOGO offer too. I brought the sandwich home and I realized he cut the sandwich in quarters for me. Very convenient. The boy and I chowed down. The sandwich was extremely hardy and very tasty. Everything was fresh and I will be back. I don’t eat Subway, I haven’t there in a very long time. If you like Subway, don’t come here, your taste buds couldn’t handle the nom nom nominess of these sandwiches.

I really like Jersey Mikes as a sandwich joint. They slice the meat and cheese as you order. The ingredients are fresh and the flavor combo when you get it Mike’s way (with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices) really makes it all come together.
This is in a newer shopping center off Colfax and Wads. Parking at lunch can get crazy and sometimes it is hard to get out of if you need to take a left. Plus no matter when I go there is always, ALWAYS someone getting an order for 5 other people and the process of cutting the meat and assembling the sandwiches is really slow.
Still, it is one of my favorite fast lunches.

this place is great !!! love the food and the service i get every time i come in. My Husband and I eat here about 3 Times a week … The Roast Beef is AMAZING !!! And so are the Cheese Steaks …

The staff here is so friendly, they always get my sandwich just right! Try the italian mikes way, every bite from start to finish is great!
