Phillip rocks. He listened to my concerns. He made sure I was satisfied before I left both times I visited him. He’s very patient and professional. Top notch customer service right here. Thank you Phillip!!!

This is the worst place for sprint customers they aren’t an actual dealer they can’t do all things you need here nor will they give you better price. There is a sprint store in Belmar a mile away, go there. They can do all the things at that store cheaper faster and way more efficiently. Go to official store no authorized dealer.

If you’re having issues with your Sprint Phone, this is the place you want to visit. They’re a repair center(not all Sprint Stores are, and the ones that aren’t are generally staffed by rude, poorly trained monkeys), so they’re not just going to blow smoke up your heinie while they try to upsell you the latest-n-greatest(until the next«latest-n-greatest» comes out three months down the road). The people at this Sprint store will genuinely try to help you by actually *gasp* FIXINGYOURPROBLEM. Now, in some cases, this isn’t always possible. Sometimes, broke is just broke. Case in point: my old phone. So broke. So incredibly broke. So completely broke that the Sprint Tech who helped us said, «whoa… I’ve never seen anything like this!» So, yeah. BROKE. But where the other Sprint store refused to help find a solution, Luke at this place went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure he’d explored every possible option available to us. He even called Corporate Customer Service for us(something the salesturd at the Belmar store refused to do because it was«a waste of time») to see if anything could be done for my broken phone situation. Anyhow, long story short, Luke was helpful, smart, courteous, and got our shizz handled. And when we hit the glitch of me needing to turn in a working phone in order to process the exchange process for my new phone(remember, my phone was BROKE… i.e. not working, ghost-given-up, an ex-phone, to be precise), they actually gave me a «loaner phone» to take home for 24 hours so I could come back and turn it in to complete the order. Total outside-the-box thinking. I know that dealing with cell phone issues is never a pleasant thing, but the people here at this Sprint store made it as painless as possible. Good job.

Do not use this business. They are bad, bad, bad, awful. We have Sprint phones, been paying for the extended service warranty for years. Don’t live in Denver so when we come to town we try to get as much done as we can. Both phones had problems with the display, no problem we think, take them to the Sprint repair center. The staff was entirely 20 somethings, bored, disinterested and totally unprofessional. Although I did think some of their mexican wetback jokes were funny. Anyway I digress. We had 2 phones that needed new displays. They said they needed a couple hours to fix them, but since we live 100 miles away we didn’t have time so arranged to drive back to Denver the following day. Took the phones in, after about an hour a tech announces that one of the phones is «broken». What do you mean broken? Well the cable was not attached(meaning it was not his fault it was somehow the phone’s fault). Ok so fix it. Can’t, need to order parts. In the meantime can we interest you in a new phone? For $ 200 you can have this one. We made them order a new phone. A couple days later we drive back to Denver to pick it up only now it needs programming and no one seems to know how to do that. For a while both phones had the same number, then neither did. Then both did. They wiped out all data in the memory rather than transfer to the new phone. Finally we forced them to actually try calling each phone before we would accept them. 6 hours it took. And again the pitch to buy a new phone on top of that. Upside, we did finally get the phones fixed and the one they broke replaced. The downside: 8hr drive time back and forth to Denver twice plus most of a day spent in their lobby before the phones were fixed. These are incompetent minumum wage high school dropouts who are hired to work in this place. If you don’t mind the runaround, service not performed properly or just want to talk and joke gangsta style then this is your place. Not us.
