Very pleased with the service I received. OT was honest and professional. He presented me with options, a ballpark estimate (which was very close to the actual expense) and recommendations. I’m sold! Would highly recommend and I know where I’ll be taking my vehicle from here out.

I have been coming to Lakewood Five Star since 2006, and I cannot think of any reason not to keep using their services. OT is very honest, and trustworthy, and does top-​notch work on my vehicle. Highly recommended auto repair service at reasonable prices.

OT is awesome! He fixed our Envoy and the check engine light never came back on. We took it to 3 other places had work done on it and the light kept coming back. He is very personable and actually shows the true meaning of a non corporate shop. Prices are great and he has our loyalty. After doing a fabulous job on our personal vehicle we also now take our company vehicle there as well. Looking forward to bringing more family and friends to his shop for business instead of having them ripped off by other shops. Would I recommend this establishment? Heck yes 100% without a doubt.

I am very happy with the service I received from O.T. I bought my car from carhop that needed a few repairs that carhop needed to fix. O.t. fixed the problem the same day I brought the car back for diagnostics. It really helped me out because I have no other means of transportation and am working two jobs. I will continue to go back to Lakewood five star automotive even if the repairs aren’t covered by carhop because of the great service.

They DON’T call it Lakewood 5 Star for NOTHING!
I would highly recommend O.T. and Lakewood 5 star to anyone looking for great service and reliable work. I have gone to many of the local places to get quotes on labor or parts and found that being a female seems to skew the equation in many repair shops. Not true of these hard working and enthusiastic mechanics. They treated me fairly and were entirely honest with me from the get go. O.T. even went as far as to help me diagnose miss-​repairs and faulty parts I had gotten in previous repairs. His reliable work, quality standards, speed of service, positive attitude, and honesty make him a diamond in the rough. I have recommended him to everyone I know, and I would suggest you take the time to call him if you need any repairs or vehicle maintenance done.
