I have used the sales side of this store a couple of times so my review does not include the optometrist side.
Plenty of choices here including Oakley & Ray ban!
I was quickly assisted picking out my prescription sunglasses and had a pair chosen in no time. Grabbed a seat for fitting, paperwork and payment, walked out for an hour and received a text stating my sunglasses were ready.
I returned to the store, tried them on, checked fit and alignment and left with my new glasses. You don’t have to use the in house optometrist, I brought my prescription from my personal Dr 6 months ago and they keep it on file. No muss no fuss.

I have been going to this Lenscrafters for years, and they have always offered excellent customer service and excellent product. I have a pretty difficult prescription, which makes them always have to order my lenses. But they usually get them in quickly and I appreciate the rush they put on them. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. I will continue coming to this location.

Horrible horrible employees. I had an appointment set and called ahead to double check the price of a contact exam. The lady I spoke with was confused and extremely rude over the phone. She quoted a larger price than I had paid last year. She said $ 120 for eye exam and $ 20 more for stigmatism. Last year it was $ 80. I told her I’d like to cancel the appointment I made and she hung up on me. The worst customer service. I am going to Costco Optical where the exam is $ 90. Do not go to this location. Over priced for horrible service.

I have always had horrible customer service at this location. There are two different offices at this location. The Lens Crafter Side, and the Optometrist side. The Optometrist receptionist lack respect and customer service. Every time I come in to order my contacts they ALWAY give me a different price. I told them I have insurance and they said they do no except it. So I did some investigating, and it turns out the Office Does except my insurance. Frustration doesn’t even explain how I feel. I would recommend another location! I can go on, and on. But I think ya’ll get the picture.

I had an eye exam that was supposed to be 10 dollars for my copay and ended up being 75 dollars with some airhead explanation. The eye doctor was very unfriendly and never introduced himself during the process to get contacts. Imagine a Bostonian Country Club attitude and a snobby disdain directed at you the customer. I would not recommend for the sheer lack of service. Wear a monocle if need be.

I had a great experience at this store. They immediately greeted me and helped me find the right glasses for me. They had my glasses ready in under an hour and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Would recommend going back. Also, check online for coupons. I found a $ 25 off coupon on top of 40% off lenses. Great deals!

I was apprehensive in coming to this store because of all of the bad reviews. But I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience. The employee that helped me was very friendly and courteous. The service I received was prompt and they did an excellent job fixing my glasses.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an exam in April and they told me it wasn’t enough of a change to warrant new glasses but said it wouldn’t hurt. I got new glasses and they weren’t right so I went back. The second Dr (winnaker) I saw was a complete asshole to me and basically told me it was my problem but said I should recut the lenses. They still aren’t right but I could wear my old pair. My old ones are now causing problems and so I went back today and was told that in my chart the asshole dr said if I came back to refuse to examine me. Don’t bother with this place. The young guy with red hair is really nice I hope he doesn’t stay long this place will ruin his reputation. Shame on you dr winnaker I hope you rot. Way to follow the Hippocratic oath. I can’t see anything and have NEVER been treated so badly so I will take my entire family’s business elsewhere. Did I mention ALL of us wear glasses. Definitely not my favorite place. The staff is not exactly the brightest bunch. When I was having issues with my ability to actually see through my glasses they told me it was the fit on my face. I went to the Lenscrafters in the Southwest Plaza mall… bam, they were able to immediately see my lenses were not high quality enough for my nearly blind prescription, they fixed it and all was well in the world.
They might run under the same franchise but there is a huge difference in the staff knowledge and actual demeanor. I really liked Rose at the SW Plaza location, she was fantastic!
