If I could leave 0 stars I would. We’ve been customers at this particular mcdonalds for 8 years and never had issues. I’m not a picky or demanding person and understand fast food employees probably aren’t too thrilled to be there. On Saturday, Feb 20th at 630ish, we went through the drive thru to order two 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals. When we got our order, my husband looked it over and noticed the fries were the wrong size and we were given the 4 piece meal. My husband informed the employee and she insisted that we were charged for the 4 piece because that is what we ordered. My husband showed her the receipt indicating that we ordered and were charged for the 6 piece… she said«well, I don’t pack the food. I’ll fix it». While she was gone, we noticed we were also missing apples. When she returned, my husband told her about the wrong sized fries and before he could tell her about the apples she slammed the window and left. We were appalled by her rudeness. Then another worker appeared and asked what we needed, my husband told her we were missing apples as she turned to get thrm, the initial worker walked up to the window and said you have your apples they are in your box. My husband handed over the boxes and showed her they weren’t in there. She slammed the window again and disappeared! After waiting a few minutes and realizing she was waiting for us to leave, my husband honked the horn to get someone’s attention. The manager appeared and we explained what happened. He apologized and the two workers were rolling their eyes at snickering… can’t believe they expect $ 15 an hour. When I go to a fast food joint, I don’t expect explemplary customer service. .I want to get in and get out. But this experience was ridiculous. Those girls need training on how to read recepits and match orders to the correct customer. Oh and when we asked for the our receipt back she denied having it and refused to give it to us!

Second time we come by and both times they have no hash browns. If they are too incompetent to keep up stock, then how sanitary could their food be?

This place has the worst customer service, they rush you to order at the box, then when you pull up to the window to pay, cashier just sticks out hand waiting for money, without even a greeting, or repeating my order so I know what I’m getting charged for… So rude get new cashiers and maybe your reviews would be a little better.

I just ordered a medium coffee with 5 creams and it took the girl 5 minutes to get it to me, which is a long time for just coffee, she put in 5 creams AND5SUGARS!!! Really??? How hard is that? Had to throw it out. WORST service ever, this MacDonalds has POOR customer service. Plus they are supposed to open up at 5AM and they don’t answer the speaker box till at least 10 after five. Lazy and slow.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! Their ice cream machine is either broken, they are out of ice cream, or(tonight’s new excuse) «we don’t serve ice cream at this hour of night.» It’s a 24 hr business. Given that it’s summer time, your ice cream machine should be working all the time. We ordered fries and realized once we got home, which is less than a mile away, that the fries were old and cold, having the consistency of having been refried in oil that was obviously used to fry fish or not changed any time in the past year. Do yourself a favor and DONOTEATHERE.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. This is the only 24 hour McDonalds in the neighborhood, and it’s unfortunate that their service is so bad. They ALWAYS are having issues with their systems and ONLY accept cash, the screen doesn’t work so we don’t know if our order is right, their ice cream machine doesn’t work, and the employees are rude, attitude and eye rolls. The amount of time spent in line is beyond the acceptable limit, 15 minutes is not ok, plus, if you don’t have cash, you’re stuck waiting 15 – 20 minutes for nothing. I could go on and on. Ron and Shawn REALLY need to look into the services being provided by this location! This isn’t the first time, it’s like this ALLTHETIME.

Horrible! Found a battery in my sons fries and all the manager said was that he does not know what to say since they don’t use those types of batteries there. Well… is he implying I was lying? I didn’t even ask for anything and not even a courtesy was provided to offer a refund. Bad service — not recommended.

Just. No. The only reason I came here was to get a side of lettuce for a turtle I found. I made the mistake of getting some chicken nuggets, which of course made me sick. And if it’s any constellation, the turtle didn’t touch the lettuce.

Ordered a meal at the drive-thru and was brought only my medium drink. I didn’t know how much I was rung up because the guy at the window was taking another order when he swiped my card. My service expectations are never high for any mcdonalds but the girl who gave me my order seemed to try to fix the problem as she ran to the back upon hearing the mistake. I just never cared to hang around to find out.

Have to share bathroom c the gas station and no one cleans it. Very small dining room. Never have napkins to wipe hands on. Staff r super rude. Mgr r even worse. Horrible cold food

Horrible service, they do not have anything to serve at 2am. I asked for combos and they don’t serve it anymore. Assuming breakfast would be available. They don’t have it, I asked for mcchicken, they don’t have it. We then asked for mcflurry and was told that«she can’t get an ice!!!» Really?! She to us that they only have cheeseburger and yet, they take forever to serve customers. We ended up ordering a large drink and she said«that’s it!?»

Despite all the poor reviews for this Mc Donalds, I still decided to give them a try. No, I did not order food since I had lunch prior to coming to Long Beach for a meeting, but rather to order a Mc Café Iced Coffee before my tedious drive home in traffic. I wanted to use the drive through, but decided to just park so I could also make a pitstop. Yes, I agree that the service wasn’t that good… but we all need to understand that the employees here are probably in high school or early college. And we can’t expect grade A service because they are still young. Just think back how we use to be when we were younger. Anyhow, the service was average but still acceptable. At least McDs is willing to hire youngster and the inexperienced to jump start their lives. But yes, I also agree they should train the employees more vigorously. At least it smells like Big Macs and French Fries. My coffee came out good. No complaints and no stomach aches. But the restroom cleanliness does need improvement. Oh well.

Oh lord. I vow never to eat fast food burgers again! I pulled apart my double cheeseburger only to discover a white hair inside the meat just dangling there. The staff has always been generally unfriendly over the years. They wouldn’t give me a happy meal toy once. Tightwads. There are always crazy people lurking here and inside the bathrooms there is a stall that has a broken door.

Ronald would be disappointed. I went in at 3:30 am, and the drive through employee was extremely rude. She gave us misleading information about what was available so we had to change our order about 5 times because one second she would say something is available and the next she would change her mind and say it wasn’t. When we got to the window it took us 15 minutes to get our food. We didn’t even get a receipt. Totally disgusting customer service. Never had a bad experience like that. Kind of considering not going back.

VERYPOOR customer service. Failed to meet customer request, did not give full French fries, overcharged on the Big Mac.(Corporate policy is to not charge for extra Bigmac sauce when you are ordering the Bigmac, normally $ 0.30 when ordered on a NON Bigmac). When I called the local franchise office to complain about the service, they required the manager to refund me the $ 0.30, and when she did, she refunded the money with pennies, why laughing about it. This McDonald’s treats all of its customers like the rowdy teenagers rather than understanding the difference between mature adults and rowdy teenagers, including how to respectfully treat each group.
