The commercials advertise customer appreciation month. This store must have forgot that customers keep their business alive. As part if December the commercials advertise cold cut combos on sale for $ 2.00 for a six inch. I ordered one and was charged full price. When I asked for the discount the cashier was rude. She said there are no discounts or specials. They must need the extra dollar really badly. Maybe so they can clean up the fruit flies in the other reviews I read. If the cashier had been nice or apologetic it wouldn’t have been a big deal. There was no excuse for the rudeness.

This is an excellent Subway location. Today, I bought a sandwich here and Victor helped me. He was really nice and he even looked up my bank on his smartphone because I was curious about the nearest branch. My sandwich was very good. Victor asked me if I wanted it toasted, which was nice, because I did but I had some things on my mind and forgot to ask. He confirmed the Veggie had double cheese, so I asked for provolone and pepper jack. I returned about an hour or two later after doing the survey for the free cookie. However, I didn’t have a pen or pencil, so I brought my laptop into the store, asked Victor for a pen and wrote the number on the receipt. In fact, even though there were a couple of people ahead of me, he made eye contact with me and asked me how he could help me. This helped me get my cookie in a hurry, even ahead of the other customers who were there getting sandwiches from other employees. I’m sure I’ll return to this Subway location. It’s conveniently located on the west side of the Lakewood mall, by Target and Panera. My only small complaint is when I bought a sandwich here a few days ago, the nice girl working forgot to give me a receipt. Since they always put a free cookie offer on their receipts, this prevented me from getting a free cookie, but I think I’ll live.

Seriously the worst service every time I am there. I understand being busy but then you should make an effort to help people quickly. Not watch and clean other things and move as slow as possible. Like seriously the employees suck and I’m pretty sure I’m talking about management. Like some obscure name like louserle or something. Idk some woman and the guy was Victor. Come on ur in customer service. Service the customers in a timely matter ! Ridiculous!

Wow! I almost fainted when me, my daughter and my 7yr old GrandDaughter just finished getting our sandwiches made well I noticed 1 small gnat buzzing around inside the window where the food is being prep. I didn’t think nothing about it; but when I walk toward the cash register and I was waiting to pay for my tasty sandwiches; I was looking around at all the different types of food that maybe next time I would order-when I looked at the corner of the window next to a container of food that they were serving I noticed a whole family of gnats buzzing and walking around… I’m thinking of calling the health dept. Just because a restaurant has a health dept blue card reading A, B doesn’t meaning that they keep up the health code, some slack after the inspection… you being the customer are the best critic to either agree or disagree if that restaurant is A, B standard. So if you like gnats in your sandwich then knock yourself out and continue to eat there. They just lost us a customers.~Nasty!~Nasty~place!

I got a sammich & it was good. I should end my review right there but for the first time ever I sat down in Subway & ate. I got a nice window seat & people watched while this old lady watched me creepily. I didn’t let that stop me from enjoying my chicken bacon ranch sandwich on wheat. The place was clean, cool & the lady that helped me was nice. Tip: Eat inside & you can drink all you want instead of dragging around & paying extra for a large.

the food is adequate… but, the server(for Breakfast) knew I was a novice at ordering… I even told him and asked him for ideas. He could have SUGGESTED the $ 3 Flatbread breakfast COMBO… but, let me spend the same $ 3 on a smaller Breakfast Egg sandwich. No Beverage included. as a(new) customer… the MARKETING approach would have been«Might I suggest the 6″ Flatbread Combo for the same price ?»

Quick Tip: Fruit flies everywhere! Including the food! Review: Sandwich artist forgot his smile at home. As well, he had a customer reach around to the back of the counter to get his own napkins. The fruit flies, as mentioned above, were rampant. The bread was a bit stale tasting. Not a great experience :(

I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad sangwich from any Subway, so that’s where my 2 stars come in. For this location, an extra star for ample parking(it’s at a mall, so there should be). Why this place is sub par: the employees are poop! They take forever and a day to answer when you call ahead to place an order. One time the lady asked me to call back later because they were busy. Seriously? It might be in the establishment’s best interest to hire somebody who can speak at an audible level and hear orders the first time so no one has to repeat which items they want on their sandwich three times. Yikes!
