Do not buy from this store their return policy sucks anything over $ 75 you wont be able to return your items i went there 2 days straight they kept telling me they have no cash to refund my money when it was only $ 44. My total return amount was $ 79 i received $ 35 on my first return. Read their return policy before you buy anything from them.

Took my 3 ½ month old to get her ears pierced yesterday. Great customer service ! Very patient and makes sure you are comfortable with the placement before they pierce the ears, the girl marked the placement more than a few times until I was comfortable with it and didn’t mind at all, made everything feel really comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others. Not sure if her name was yoana or something like that. Very Happy with the results!

Husband & I had been searching around for a trustworthy location to get our almost 3 month old ears pierced and I am glad I found them online.
Had the option of her getting both ears done at the same time, tho it was better to get one at a time as a newborn. The lady was awesome and patient with making sure the ears were even and wouldn’t continue until I was satisfied, and that’s to say I am a picky person with stuff like that. So she did a great job! Also, the fact that they were about to close and she was as patient as she was shows A Lot on not only the employee but the business themselves.
They do add warranty already to your bill, incase you don’t know that. Though, in my opinion, it’s well worth it. If anything happens to ears or earring you can go back for new earring or free piercing.
Note also, it’s a booth, not a store. They also have other locations online.
