I don’t have any complaints about their work. Price was perhaps on the low side. Don’t know why — I suppose time may tell.
Timeliness though is not their strong suit. Said he’d be there Thursday at noon. Didn’t show, didn’t call. Came Friday morning, but couldn’t finish the job. Said he’d be back Saturday noon-​1. Didn’t show, didn’t call. Called him Saturday afternoon, said he’d be there in «a couple of hours». Guess what? No show, no call.
Finally called around 9pm. Showed up at 10:30pm, but missing some parts. Returned at 12:30AM. The only reason for watching them fix my trailer at midnight was the fact that I had them there FINALLY and didn’t want to take the chance they might not show up again.
If you have a completely flexible schedule, maybe give them a try. Otherwise, I’d pass.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had them come out to fix my 2004 Toyota Pickup. I asked the person on the phone if they had a mechanic trained in Toyota trucks and she said «yes all our mechanics are certified and trained on all trucks» The mechanic shows up in a beat up white car with his tools in the trunk. He states his truck broke down and had to use his car, The job should be easy because a tie rod had pulled out of the Rack & Piñón steering but mechanic says the Rack & Pinion part is stripped out and I need to replace the whole thing. The part is covered with a rubber boot so I don’t see there is tie rod connector that could have just been replaced. I am desperate because by now its two hours after they said they would show up and I needed to pick my son up from school in five hours. They garunteed me they would be done by three so I could pick my son up and stated it would be 615.00. The mechanic had no idea what he was doing and bought the wrong part, my truck is apart and they inform me I need to pay up front now and the true cost with be 875.00. So at this point Im stuck with a truck in a parking lot in pieces. The junk yard mechanic they have working on my truck takes until 7:30 that night to complete the job. I had to have my sons mother take off work early to pick him up and if your a single dad you know what kind of hell u need to go through to make that happen.
When I get my truck back the horn does not work and the light for the Air bag is on. The mechanic rufuses to take responsibility and the manager of the company was a complete lier during this whole ordeal so of course he denies they did anything wrong. The next thing I find out is the junk yard mechanic put the tie rods on backwards so my tires scrape against them. The company tries to deni that when they are marked with a L and a R and they are on the wrong side. The company would not back any of there work and it cost 100.00 to have them changed out by another mechanic.
The Mechanic was the only one that took any responsibility and with me working with him changed out all my fluids in my truck for the 100.00 expense.
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE CON!!! I tricked them into giving me the owners phone # and found out its for sale and he does not care what goes on at this location as he as four others in the country. The manager is a piece of crap that knows nothing about automobiles and just has hack mechanics come and rip u off.
In total they ripped me off about 600.00 since the job that needed to be done was about 250.00, plus who knows how much it will cost me to fix my horn and air bag.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
