Excellent staff and prices are decent. My date and I picked up a Dodger shirt to attend our first Dodger game together. Check this place out, a lot of selections.

Horrible customer service. Even with the manager in the store they just ignore their customers. They don’t even acknowledge you as they rudely scrape by you. I walked around for a good 10 mins and no one evwr spoke to me. I was going to buy a hat and i decided to leave it since they didn’t care about making the sale.

be-careful at this store. They often use sales tactics but when you take off the red sticker price it my be more of a savings with out the sticker. I found this out the hard way at the register and when I told the young lady that I wanted the sale price with the original price they said no can do. The red pice was hiked up by 25% which came out to be the same original price??? I Have no Idea how this place stays open.

I can’t believe that I cannot make an exchange without a receipt. The item is clearly unused and has the store tags on it. This is why businesses fail. I hope they go under and all those who enforce that archaic policy are forced to stand in the unemployment line.

I hate to say that the holidays usually bring out the Grinch in customer service, but unfortunately it’s true. I’ve had two unpleasant experiences at Pro Image. Asked if they would be receiving anymore sizes in a particular football jersey, their response«ah, don’t know» I then asked if they could call another store to see what they had in stock, response«well I’m sure they have the same few sizes we have. «Okay thank you for all your pleasant help! If you find your size great! If you don’t, don’t bother asking the 18 year old«in charge»
