Bruce was a pleasure to work with. He offered a 6 month promotion that will not only save me money but keep me as a long term customer. He made the contract signing a breeze. The facility is super clean.

Storage unit was secured and confirmed online, but on the move-​in date, I discovered in person that the room was not ready due to unresolved roofing issues.
Other units were offered, but my needs were not met. I clearly stated my requirements: climate controlled, close to home, and pricing/​cost concerns. Bruce, the manager for supposedly 12 years, repeatedly failed to listen and understand these requests. His solutions were inadequate, in addition to being conversationally awkward.
Other minor complaints: my name and phone number were incorrectly stored in the computer system. I was slightly disappointed to find that upon arrival, there was a sign on the door that indicated someone would return in approximately ten minutes.
Bruce reassured me he would resolve the issue after talking with his general manager, Chris. Bruce said he would call me a day later, after 9:30 am. By 4:00 pm, I called Bruce to inquire as to what the status of the unit was. He advised me to seek another facility.
Poor sales, customer service, and management. Choose this facility only for availability and convenience of location.
