Do not rent from PS Storage. There business model is to lure you in, then raise their rates, thinking it is too much of a hassle for you to move out and find another storage facility. I was there for 6 months when they decided to raise my rent 18%. When I asked why, they said here was high demand. Their solution to better pricing was to offer a smaller unit. But what is to stop them from raising the rent on that unit? NOTHING! I read other reviews warning me about this tactic. I should have listened! Stay away. There is so many more choices. Don’t be lured in by specials. They will not guarantee rates, they won’t lock you in for long term commits, or gaurentee a limited % increase. Ask them! They won’t do it!
