I’ve been to this location twice. The first time was a couple yrs ago and the gentleman was not helpful. The second time Kathy helped me first over the phone and then in person. I was having trouble getting luggage I purchased at the Samsonite Outlet in Stapleton (now closed), repaired. She assured me over the phone that she would be able to help me. When I met with her in person she was true to her word. She remained genuinely eager to help me. Thank you for your Wonderful customer service. I will recommend this location to my peers. I hope you remain there!
