I ordered a 10p combo through the app to save some time. Arrived, paid, but they didn’t give me a drink. Saying that it doesn’t come with my order. So I paid for the drink and left. Got back to work to find out that they gave me the wrong order. Not only the wing flavor, but also no fries.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give zero stars. We had a preorder pickup for fifty wings for our Super Bowl party yesterday, but we ended up wingless. We placed our order online on Thursday to be picked up yesterday(Sunday) at 3:30pm. We checked in at the counter a little early at 3:15 because we expected a crowd, it was super bowl Sunday after all, but we did not expect the insanity and poor customer service we received. We waited for our order until 4:00, but we could not wait any longer and they could/would not tell us how much longer it would be or how many other orders were ahead of ours, so we decided to ask for a refund and leave. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still going to wait longer than 45 minutes? Oh and don’t even get me started on how there were people who showed up AFTER us with the same pick up time and they received their orders while we waited and waited. They were completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Thanks for wasting our time Wingstop. Edited to add– if any of the employees had apologized, offered to call us when the order was ready, and given us a discount for the inconvenience, we would have gladly taken them up on it. Customer service goes a long way when there is a wing joint on every corner. Get it together guys!

I’ve come here a few times and I just came in for an order to go. I don’t know if they let their wings sit on a rack or set them aside to let the grease drip off after they come out of the fryer but I ended up with 2⁄3 of my to go order swimming in a pool of oil. This is the first time this has happened but I definitely am a little concerned because I don’t exactly want to eat the wings I bought now. I’m a little grossed out and by the time I got home the wings on the bottom were no longer crispy like they usually are. Flavors are great and I really like the lemon pepper but today was a disappointment for sure. My parmesan wings came out perfect with the order, but the lemon pepper did not come up to par.

Tasty Korean spicy, Garlic pepper and original hot wings! Oh yah! They still have Korean spicy though it’s not listed on the menu — spicy sweetness — so good! I would recommend calling in for quicker pick up as they usually take 20−30minutes on an average day. I imagine it’s much longer during rush hours.

Good enough food if craving chicken tenders. About the same price as Jack in the Box for 4($ 6.53, including a dipping sauce and wing flavor). Ordered over the phone super hungry but also not wanting to overdo the unhealthy. The guy(Luis) read the order back and I confirmed. Got there and was told it would still be another 3 minutes. Okay, order was read back and paid, no worries. 8 minutes later, the wrong flavor tenders came out. I was told to remake it would be 4 minutes(why the 15 minute wait per order then?) and they offered to give me the nasty flavored ones they accidentally made instead as well, but I passed. 10 minutes later I got the right ones, and they gave me like 4.33 tenders as a bonus for waiting? Unsure why; maybe because two were really tiny. I like Wingstop but today just wasn’t a good day for them. Throw in some fries or a roll or something, don’t offer to give nasty flavored wings that were your mistake. I got a «sorry,» but it could have been handled better– never offer incorrect orders to guests as an apology; it’s a lame way to throw the mistake in the customer’s face.

Cleanest wing stop I’ve been to. The night staff is very friendly and they got my large order of wings in a timely manner! Keep in mind we placed order close to midnight! I asked for extra crispy wings and fries and wanted to separated a certain way. The night manager or lead made sure my request was on point. The night staff made sure place was very tidy inside and outside. Lines began to form after my order was placed. They got other orders in a timely manner. While we waited we talked sports and joked with the staff.

I love wingstop, great flavor wings and the fries are unbeatable!!! However, it would be nice if the individual boxes were labeled when there’s a big order. There was a lot of confusion when I got back to the office.

I’ve always liked going here for Wingstop. But tonight, my wings were burnt. The staff were nice but from what I can see, the people in the kitchen were just playing around with each other. Would’ve enjoyed my wings better if it didn’t taste bitter.

Great wings here. My usual order is the boneless lemon pepper and they are fantastic! Made to order these wings are delicious– seasoned well and the meat is moist in the middle. Cashiers are usually friendly enough too. Nice little spot for a quick bite.

Saw a homeless person and was ordering to buy him some wings… Luis stepped in and said he would be buying the guy his meal. Luis and I we asked the homeless person what he wanted for dinner… he stated:“im cool with bbq man.” Wow im impressed with how kind Luis was! I absolutely love chicken wings ! Especially when it’s hot & fresh !! Came here on a Friday night around 11:30 and got an order for pick up of 10 mango, 5 hot &5 garlic bone in wings. My husband was picking it up on the way home from work but when he got there he still had to wait which was still okay cause we know the food won’t be sitting there waiting for him to get it. When my husband picked up the food he didn’t check cause they always get our food on point, but when we took the food out at home we realized that they had messed up on our order & gave us 5 hot 5 garlic &5 lemon which is totally off from what we ordered. This was about 11:50 and they were just closing up so I had to call and try to get a hold of them before they closed and I wouldn’t be able to get my order. I called about three times cause the first two calls nobody answered. The last call a female answered and I told her what was wrong & she explained to me that they were already closing up with all cooktops off. She offered me a gift card which I would only have a month to pick it up, but I was already driving there so I just asked if I was able to pick up the card now. She spoke to her workers in Spanish which I wish I understood, but I guess she asked if they can just turn it back on and fry up my order real quick. Even tho they closed, they were super friendly about staying after their operating hours just to give me great customer service. This wouldn’t had happened if they messed up, but how they handled it was okay, I guess. Currently sitting here waiting for my correct order lol.

1st time customer… Okay, I love the soda machine!!! Like the cool theaters where you can choose all the combinations! Wings– …and the wings were good too. I had the boneless wings. They were pretty good, a bit heavily breaded for my taste. Flavor– If you’re looking for a bit of that original flavor without all the suffering later, the mild flavor is good. Sauce– pretty good sized dipping cups. I usually want more do I ordered 2 and didn’t even finish one.

Made me love wings. Well, BWW introduced me to gourmet wings, but Wingstop makes it easy and affordable. They cook and fry everything to order and is always«ready in 16 minutes or less.» I love their wings because they’re not heavily coated in batter or fat. They’re just delicious, crispy, and tasty — Choose from a variety of great flavors. Call ahead for pick-up. Their customer service is consistently good, too.

We ordered the family meal 20 piece boneless original hot, parmigiano — garlic and teriyaki. All good especially the parm. They had the order ready on time in 20 minutes. Parking is horrible when they’re busy with sb sharing the parking.

This is probably the Wing Stop location I have frequented the most over the years. Since moving to Orange County my visits have become further apart but this location still stands as one of my favorites. Wing Stop for those who don’t know specializes in a variety of hot wings in various flavors as well as buffalo sliders and an assortment of sides. The prices are right in line with other restaurants of this type and the flavors are varied and delicious. My personal favorite is the Cajun which has great flavor and just the perfect amount of spice although the Atomic are also good for the more adventurous folk. My go to meal is the 20 piece with half Atomic and half Cajun and I rarely leave disappointed. If I had one complaint regarding the wings here it would be the size of the wings themselves are quite hit or miss. I often get wings that are so small that you do feel a bit let down but more often than not they are decently sized and full of flavor. This particular location also seems to have a bit of an issue at times with over saucing the wings but it’s better to have too much than not enough. I look forward to coming here many more times to come to satiate my never ending hunger for delicious wings. I wish they would open a location in the Anaheim area but until they do this will continue to be one of my go to locations.

«Spread your wings and prepare to fly, For you have become a butterfly. Oh oh oh oh, fly abandonedly into the sun. If you return to me, We were truly meant to be. So oh oh oh spread your wings & fly, Butterfly.”-«Buttefly», Mariah Carey 5 free boneless wings coupon w/wing purchase. Cha-ching! 10 wings, 2 flavors + 5 free boneless = $ 7.19 plus tax This isn’t the closest Wingstop to me, but it is the most convenient. «Why is that?», you say? It’s because the nearest one is across the Cerritos Mall, where parking can be a problem. So, instead of dealing with that, I’ll go a little farther & take Del Amo Blvd. to this location which doesn’t have that problem. I was feeling magnanimous today, so I went for– 5 bone-in Atomic, 5 bone-in Lemon Pepper &5 boneless Garlic Parmesan. Lemon Pepper — Tasty, buttery goodness. Lemon in every bite Garlic Parmesan — Good. However, I vastly prefer bone-in over boneless. Bone imparts flavor & juiciness, which to me is lacking in boneless wings. Atomic — I put it away like a champ. Is it hot? Heck yeah it’s hot! I downed a sports bottle of water while eating this sans ranch dressing. I made sure to eat this last, as the Atomic sauce would burn my palate, numbing my tastebuds for the Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parmesan. Sweat dripped down my face, my lips burned but after a few mins, I was good. A few round & square tables are available to dine-in, with a TV showing the latest ball game. The restaurant is usually clean. A Coke machine which offers a ginormous amount of flavor combinations is available to experiment with, as well. Service was friendly as I ordered my wings to-go. I was told it would take 9 mins. I jokingly asked«Not 10 mins? Not 8 mins? 9 mins?». I say, round it to 10 to make it easier for everyone j/k. Being a multi-tasker, I went to the Starbucks next door to aske them for their used coffee grounds. Makes a great fertilizer for my garden! And it’s free! Being green & saving cash money while doing so :) I recommend dropping by Wingstop the next time you’re hankering for some wings. But, make sure to time them to see if it’s been a full 9 mins j/k ;p Now I need to buy some Tucks medicated pads to soothe my future flaming bunghole :( NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM
