I have worked with Heartwig for years for managing a rental property in the Palmdale area. When is came time to see I worked with real estate agent Todd Patterson. Sense I am 400 miles away I needed someone that I could work with remotely. Todd was out standing. The house was priced perfect. We had multiple offers and the house sold quickly. Many thanks to Todd.

I have looked up a term to describe what Erica Hernandez has done for me and I can not come up with an appropriate annotation that give her the Kudos she deserves.
5 hours before I was to obtain keys to my new house, the sellers still had not removed one car load worth of items out of the house. Tempers flared on both ends, and while the seller’s agent did absolutely NOTHING in this volatile predicament, Erica went in and resolved the situation in a manner that very few agents would ever do.
If there is a term that surpasses going Above and Beyond — that is what she did. I will go as far as to say, she did things that the selling agent should have been taking care of. She has so much class and integrity, I can’t say enough. You are an invaluable asset to Coldwell Banker, and I appreciate EVEYRTHING you have done for me!

I went through Coldwell Banker to purchase my house. My agent Horace McCoy was as professional and helpful as he could be. The close went perfectly, overall very happy with the company.

Due to new business opportunities that came about, we had to relocate out of the AV, after 30 years, and interviewed a few other real estate agents to sell our house. Both were good but the timing was off.
My Agent from Coldwell Banker in our new city that we worked with buying our new home, suggested that we use the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agents in the AV and that she would refer an agent to contact me.
I received a call from Peggy Kephart of Coldwell Banker asking to set up an appointment to meet with us. Peggy and her partner Judy Bauer came to our house to meet us and inspect our property.
We were very impressed with their professionalism and very friendly no-​pressure attitude. Peggy and Judy spent time explaining the entire process and how we could maximize our pricing to sell the house. They made my wife and me feel very comfortable with working with them.
Peggy and Judy team sold our house in 4 weeks (they brought a full cash buyer who was also working with their office). We would recommend them for buyers and sellers in the Antelope Valley.
I couldn’t be more pleased.

Terri Gold is a fantastic real estate agent! She works quickly and efficiently to help her clients. She is constantly on the phone, sending emails, in contact with her clients. She’s friendly, upbeat, and hardworking; it was such an awesome experience to work with her!

Terri Gold was our agent for both buying and selling our current home, and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she is. Terri knows the business like the back of her hand. We worked with agent Terri Gold to find our home, she was assigned to us through our job relocation company and we flew out here to look at houses without having met her in person. She is FABULOUS. Welcomed us so warmly, was genuinely excited to work with us, and was also VERY attentive to our very specific housing requests. We wanted to buy a house specifically built 1949 – 1965, and there aren’t many mid-​century houses available in «better» AV neighborhoods; we also wanted a view — basically a fairly difficult request on our part. Terri went above and beyond finding great houses for us to view and was extremely patient with us. She did not show us anything outside of our requested build year range without asking us first. We had a lot of fun working with her, and eventually found an amazing 50s MCM house with period details intact (and a view!) due to her diligence. She also went to bat for us with our initial offer, and after we lost out on the house to someone else, she kept after it for us. Eventually the other deal fell through, and she kept after the seller to negotiate a great deal for us. Again, completely ABOVE AND BEYOND. She even previewed homes for us that we found online and couldn’t view immediately due to living out of state at the time. Held our hand through inspection, repairs and closing as my husband and I were living apart due to the relocation and couldn’t do everything ourselves while trying to sell our previous home in another state.
Make sure to use Terri Gold for buying AND selling. She’s just incredible! Completely professional, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. She LISTENS, which is something rare in a realtor. Both my mother and mother-​in-​law are realtors/​brokers, so my husband and I have extremely high expectations for real estate agents. Trust us — use Terri.
