5 stars for the fix. Minus 1 for not meeting the timeline they laid out. A generous minus 1 for the completely disaffected attitude of the technician. Customer service needs lots of work.

This place is good. I was quoted a price over the phone and they didn’t try and up charge me once I got there. I sat there and waited while they repaired my device, but a lot of people just drop of their devices. There’s no seating but they allowed me to go behind then counter and sit in the chair while my phone was being repaired.

After issues with my phone insurance and needing my phones screen fixed in such short notice these guys took care of me and fixed the screen to my iPhone 5. I am so thankful they were able to help me and I recommend going to them. They are great and my phone looks as good as new.

Stopped into NextGen Tech several times in the last year. Always get quality service and they know their stuff. Last year when they were unable to help me and we needed to get a new phone they didn’t charge me for their efforts and the time they had spent trying to fix our iPhone. Today my 18 year old had a cracked screen, we have Apple care but it was actually much easier and about the same price to have NextGen fix it. They were courteous as always and fixed it while she shopped around the mall. She was so happy she didn’t have to send it in. I will always go here first for all my cell phone needs.

NextGen tech provides good quality customer service and parts. They have been efficient and courteous in resolving all my issues and problems with my phones. Their helpfulness and knowledge exceeds expectations and I am very satisfied with every experience I’ve had with them, I highly recommend them and will always go to them for all my cell phone needs.
