STAYAWAY, STAYAWAY. Had my receiver almost a month, charged me to diagnose, promised they could fix any receiver, gave me a different excuse every time I called. NEVER called me, I always had to call him to see what the hold up was. No idea how he stays in business, Save Yourself the Frustration.

I took in my Denon audio receiver. They charged me a 20 dollar fee for a diagnostic. After 2 weeks I was wondering what happen to my unit. I went in and was given my receiver back with the cover removed and a bunch of misallanious screws. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. The 20 dollars for the un diagnosed issue are still pending…
