This guy is the worst. He treats customers like crap. I went to get a phone repaired and he takes the phone, looks at it, throws it on the counter, and tells me he doesn’t have the parts and can’t get them. Then says goodbye in the rudest way possible. Please take your business to anyone else in the area. If this was the only place in California to get a phone fixed I’d drive to another state.

I wish no stars was an option.
I cracked the screen of my iPhone 6+ and did not want to wait for a new one shipped from my carrier so I came here and they «fixed» it for $ 160.
They HIGHLY recommended the tempered glass screen protector and a case so I bought both, out $ 200 at this point.
A day or two later I noticed my screen was tweaking out. Apps were opening closing on their own, music was playing on its own, closing apps i was using and just creeping me out so I called and they said it was a bad screen and they wouldnt have new screens until tuesday (I called on either tuesday or wednesday) so my phones out of commission for a week. I had to use siri for everything. I was told my best bet was to call Tuesday since they dont reserve screens for people (Guess my $ 200 wasnt enough to warrant special treatment).
I call on Tuesday, at 1pm, and they say they are sold out. Interesting. They say they should get more Friday but they do not know. Okay great, three more days no phone. I start to notice the screen lifting in the corners, so I try to push it back in. Seems to work, then it rolls off my lap onto my hardwood floor. Whole thing shatters like I hit it with a mallet. Even my original crack wasnt this bad and i dropped that one from a lifted truck onto concrete, I was cutting my fingers on the broken glass.
I go in and explain that I got this extra $$ screen protector because they said it would protect my phone from new cracks and the shotty screen wasnt even working before so I thought I should still be able to get it replaced, why would they want to keep a bad screen anyways? (Now I suspect to give it to new customers and hope they dont complain). But the worker told me that they dont guarantee the protectors work (they sure pushed them like they did and I trusted their judgment), and since the glass was now broken, they would not repair it.
I am a college student whos job required me to use cellphone technology, I was out of $ 200 which is a lot for me and my only means of making more money because this crooked, corner-​cutting, cluster-​crap of a business decided I would be their next victim.
Just spend the money and get it replaced by your carrier. These people dont give a crap about you or your hard earned money, they only want to push useless products and shotty materials to pad their bottom line. I wouldnt trust them with an original Nokia, let alone my $ 700 iPhone.

Took me two weeks for them to fix my iPhone 5c screen. On the 4^th attempt they finally «fixed» it. When it was picked up the screen was put in wrong so the home button didn’t work and the screen wasn’t in all the way. They made me wait another hour so he could fix his mistake. 2 weeks later and the lighting has gone out 3 times. I do not recommend them for fixing screens. It’s worth the drive to Valencia to have it done right!

I bought an iPhone 6 case a few days ago and the same day it fell apart. I had to come back to the store several times because the manager wasn’t there. Today spoke to manager about my problem and he won’t get me a refund even when the case is a part almost immediately when I start using it. So be aware of this cell express because the only interest they have is your money!

I cracked the screen for my iPad mini on a Saturday. Then in a pinch went there on Sunday. They replaced my screen at first glance it looked good. But when you pressed on the glass it touches the screen. This causes screen waves and the button was super soft and improperly installed. I took back they told me it was a bad laser cut on the replaced glass. The next day i got it back the screen issue is still there. Button was slightly better. But this is still unsatisfactory. I took to another repair place and they pointed out even bigger flaws. The glass they replaced it with is a cheap flexible glass low quality that’s is why the glass touches the screen which causes the screen fluctuations. The bottom edge was lifted and improperly installed. The home button cable was not taped and if you pressed the button edge of the glass it would activate the home button. Really crappy materials and quality of service. They offer 90 days of warranty but the two times I had to take back. They fix one thing and made another issue. So it’s not worth going a third and probably a fourth. Sadly you can’t give less stars. Waste of money and time.

needed to get face of my iPhone 5 replaced, it was totally broken. they fixed it for less than $ 70 in ½ hour. I’m a happy camper.

First it seemed to be a good reputable place being that it is in the mall. Boy was I wrong. I have a very expensive Samsung Galaxy Mega, my screen cracked. I went in last Tuesday 9÷16÷14 and paid $ 150.00 so they can «ORDER» the screen. OK no problem they tell me it will be there in 3 business days, it should have arrived on Saturday 9÷20÷14. I call Monday and this girl answers tells me the screen is still not in and should be tomorrow and rudely replied, «we said we would call you!» Then Tuesday comes and I go in around 3pm. 2 young guys are there, they both tell me the screen should be here today I have tracked it and it is being delivered today, it should be ready around 5pm and so I leave my phone there. I call at 5pm to see if its fixed, they tell me the screen still has not come but is still on its way for me to call back at 7pm. I call back at 7pm and apparently since the screen was arriving so late they «PUT IN A SPECIAL REQUEST TO GO PICK THE SCREEN UP INSTEAD AT THE POST OFFICE» Didn’t know that was possible anyhow, now it is sounding like a bunch of BULL to me. These guys are very unprofessional. Horrible customer service and very dishonest. If they can’t even be honest about a screen coming, who knows what else they lie about? Anyhow by this time I am highly upset, I call him back about 740pm and tell him I want my phone and my money back, I am on my way. He asked me what I paid with, I told him cash. He has the nerve to tell me he only has $ 30 in the register. I basically hung up on him and raced over there. I get there and I’m sure he saw the fumes, he did thank god refund me my money which tells me he was lying AGAIN about not having money in the register, then has the nerve to tell me to have a great night real loud and smart. I told him I will you just lost a customer, I’m going to try the guy out over on Avenue K. Please don’t go there. That place is horrible, this is the first review I have ever wrote in my life, for the fact that I wouldn’t want anything to happen to anyone else’s personal electronics cause these guys CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!

After I got water damage to my s4 active my charging port was toasted. They ordered it priority mail and replaced the part in a few days.
Unfortunately the part has defects but with the warranty they provide free of charge they immediately reordered new new part.
I would totally recommend these guys and found them to be pretty professional considering it’s a phone repair shop not a lawyers office.

This store is run by 2 very unprofessional boys. I took my Iphone 5 in because my battery needed to be changed. Which I payed around $ 50.00 for replacement. One of the guys there changed my battery but when he started my phone back up my LCD screen wasn’t working. He reopened my phone and got it to work. A few days later I started having problems again… with my touch screen not working and not to mention my Camera.
I recently took my phone into another shop where I was told my 2 camera lens pieces were missing, metal plate for the battery, and some screws were missing. This is really absurd. These boys are not trustworthy or honest people at all as they were the last shop I took it to for battery replacement. They took all these pieces out & failed to put them back when reassembling my Iphone 5.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this store as it is run by youngsters who are in a hurry and don’t put any effort into their work.

I brought in my iPod touch a week and a half ago to get the screen fixed. A few days ago I called to see if it was ready, their reply was yes in about an hour. I drove to go and pick it up after the hour had passed to be told they needed another hour. After that hour I came back to see they had barely started on my device & was asked to give them 5 minutes. After, the man said the screen they ordered wasn’t working properly and would take another few days to be fixed. What a waste of my time. Although the employees mean well and intend to do their job properly, their time management skills are terrible. They were sincere and gave me ten dollars off of my 50 $ fee but I personally will not be returning if I need another device fixed.

The teen workers are unprofessional and would rather be chatting with their friends than help you with a cell phone issues. Brought my iphone 5 for a microphone fix which was fixed fine but then I found out they messed up my sound. The speakers don’t work my phone does not have sound when someone texts me or calls me. I call to make sure they can fix it and they say to go ahead and bring it in. I don’t live in Palmdale anymore so it’s hard for me to go get it fixed but I make the 45 mile drive and guess what they don’t have the part! Don’t waste your time or money on a crap hole like this. You’re better off going to an apple store or probably fixing it yourself. Beware!

I got my iPod fixed here. They did a great job. I was going to junk it, but the nice workers got it running again!
