Went here tonight for dinner. Party of 9. Had Melissa as a waitress. She was mad from the get go. Worst attitude ever.

We go here several times a month. Since they opened we’ve constantly gone. The service is amazing. The servers, hosts and hostesses are so warm and friendly. The food tastes great. The drinks, appetizers and desserts all exceed all expectations. We’d gone to Chili’s across the street(for something different), and ended up walking out after such horrible service. We returned to Applebee’s where we had our usual terrific experience. I can’t speak for all locations, but this one is great. Highly recommend.

Nice fully renovated restaurant with good relatively inexpensive food. Lots of TV’s and nice size bar area with separate main dining area. This place is made to have noise, so keep in mind this is not going to be quite meal, but that is fine by me.

After three visits to this location I have had an enjoyable experience each time. Very friendly staff members who put up with our obnoxious group after we’ve had a few drinks. So far the dishes I have tried have been pretty good. The ribs didn’t fall off the bone but they were still tasty. The cheeseburger eggrolls didn’t sound too appetizing at first but they really are quite yummy. The honey barbecue boneless chicken wings and spinach artichoke dip were also very good.

Never been to an Applebee’s, but had to be here for a elementary dance recital and it was the worst experience ever. They were poorly coordinated and the staff that actually works at Applebee’s is not professional at all. We were waiting to be seated and they kept on letting people in and seating them before us. Of course they had an excuse for not sitting us before them. This event was poorly planned and executed by the schools and the restaurant. If I could give it no stars I would

I love Applebee’s. The service is great from the moment you walk in the door. There is a friendly host that opens the door for you. When they seat you, they tell you about the new items on the menu and let you know who your server will be. We were quickly greeted by our server and offered drinks. When we were ready to order, our server was already at our table. The food was delivered quickly and our drinks were re-filled before we had to ask. Great food and great service. I highly recommend!

By far the worst service I have ever had and probably the worst experience. My 2 year old and I went there for lunch at 2 pm on a Monday(it is not busy what so ever… Especially in the dining area). We were seated right away and the host said«your waiter will be right with you». 5 minutes goes by and A few tables had a gentleman go up to them to take orders or get whatever they needed, saw my daughter and I but never acknowledged us… Another 5 minutes goes by and a party of 2 was seated behind me and the host says the same«your server will be with you in a moment» and literally 10 seconds later a waitress goes up to them and takes their drink order. I wait another few minutes and that same waiter going to every table around me, still failing to acknowledge me. I walk up to him his name is Mark L. And I ask for a manager. The manager shows up pretty quickly and immediately apologizes after I explained the situation and takes the drink and food order for myself and my 2 year old. I don’t see the manager again except a few minutes later to Confirm my daughters side of fries. The food is brought out a little while later by a runner and by this time our drinks are getting low. I see the person who I think is our server. Mark… and he never acknowledged us. Not even to ask how the food was. He did come back with a refill for me and I asked for extra napkins as I was only Given one with my silverware and a refill for my daughter. He came back with the lemonade but I never saw any napkins and my daughter and I had to share a napkin. He hands me the check and I quickly place my card in the slot and no lie… It took him 15 minutes to come back and get my check and before he would even take my card he asked if we could complete the transaction on their tablet that they have at each table. I explained to him that I had tried to pay with that and it would not load any check. He goes and charges the meal with my card and I still left him a tip though he definitely did not deserve one… He literally only brought a Diet Pepsi. A child’s lemonade, and the bill to my table. I will never come back to this location. I Would hate to see how they operate on a busy night. There is nothing more insulting than for someone to look your direction and completely ignore you.

There was nothing about the experience that was bad. We were seated right way in a spacious booth. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty. The dining area is separate from the bar which makes it more kid friendly and less like a bar environment. Has interesting décor and well lit. Restrooms are modern and clean with touch free towel dispensers and door handles. I was pleasantly surprised as this was a renovated already existing space. And to top it off, the supervisor was incredibly understanding and deleted the accidental game charges on the table electronic device. Great experience.

Horrible service the last few times we went. 20 people waitresses and etc walking around and no one to take a take out order. Took 15 minutes to take an order to go.

Came here the first week it opened. Gave our name to the hostess & sat down. After a few minutes we decided to go somewhere else. My husband walked over to the hostess to cancel the hold, and we were totally shocked that the hostess rolled her eyes at us and gave us attitude. Didn’t say ok, thank you… nothing! She was upset, scratched us off the list and ignored us after we told her we were leaving. So we just walked away and left. Won’t be back. Rather do Chili’s across the street.

Great service and the hamburgers we ordered were good. The fries that were supposed to be BBQ didn’t taste anything like BBQ but other than that everything was great. My son had boneless wings and mozzarella sticks and liked them. The hostess was a very friendly young fella and wanted to make sure we were leaving happy. It’s nice Ty see employees smiling on the way into the restaurant and leaving. We’ll definitely be back.

Been to this Applebee’s a few times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Took the family here Halloween night and they had an awesome deal of two kid’s meal free with an adult. So our three kids all ate for free which was very cool. Food has always been decent. I really like that they keep extending thier menu with different items. I went with the triple bacon burger which was cooked to my liking. All of the girls gobbled up thier food so they were either really hungry or the food was really good. The wife had no complaints about her meal. I previously brought one of the kids here for lunch and the place was pretty busy with the lunch time rush. I saw that some other people had issues with thier food not being delivered in a timely manner, but we didn’t have an issue. With those two visits our servers were friendly and attentive. The overall size of the restaurant seems to be on the smaller side, which I think is due to the location. They do have a bar area with plenty of tv’s to watch sports, and it looked like they have some decent deals during happy hour.

I really wanted to like this place as an alternative to Chili’s, but after giving it about 5 tries, I think I will stick with Chili’s. I was excited about Monday night football happy hour, but now I think I will just stay home :( One Monday night, I sat at the bar and the bartender, who was very engaged in the football game(which was cool) started talking overly L O U D to his buddies who were sitting at the bar. The bartender started saying N*&&^% this and N*&&^% that(which was not cool). Using the«N» word in public is offensive on it’s own, and to have your bartender saying it loudly like it’s a totally OK word for anyone to use? It was a bit inappropriate. The bartender also stated that a player was hurt and out for the season which is a big deal to any fantasy football enthusiast– This information was completely false! My empty beer glass sat there for about 10 minutes before I was offered another. I had to ask twice to cash out. All in all, it took about 25 minutes to leave. The Won Ton Tacos were tasty though! Another night, I sat at a table. My order was taken, then, another couple was sat behind me. They ordered the same appetizer as I did about 10 minutes after I ordered and they received their buffalo wings before me :(The manager delivered it to them, but oh well. Small mistake. I ordered ranch and bleu cheese dressing with my buffalo wings and out came just the bleu cheese. I asked my server for ranch and she never brought it out. The side of ranch finally came out with my meal I ordered. I wanted ranch for my buffalo wings, not my macaroni and cheese, silly girl! I also ordered a cherry lime aid and it was a bad choice as well. Hotdog on a Stick’s is way better. My boyfriend ordered ribs and he really liked them. I like the food, beer, and happy hour deals, but not enough to come back. I really tried hard to like this place. I gave this establishment probably around $ 200 of my hard earned money and I won’t give a penny more. If you must go, at least try the Won Ton Tacos :) They are the tits!

I was excited they finally opened one in Lancaster. I was very disappointed with the service! The server that brought us our appetizers spilled our chips and some of our dip while placing on table. Didn’t apologize and walked away. We thought she would come back to clean up table but never did! Obviously no experience and very unprofessional! We will continue driving to Palmdale location instead.

In the past I may have been to an Applebee’s once or twice and have had enjoyable experiences. Since this particular restaurant opened last month, I have eaten there 3 times. The first experience was a little on the sluggish side and one out of three dishes wasn’t cooked just right. My experience last night showed marked improvement. It wasn’t as busy as my first experience. The staff was friendly and seemed more relaxed than previously. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and had fun entertaining ourselves with the electronic table device. Our waitress was excellent as well as the other servers who attended our needs. The food was cooked as ordered, hot upon delivery and tasted delicious. We tried the Sweet Potato Fries & Dips(loved the maple-flavored cream cheese sauce!), All-Day Brunch Burger, The Blazin’ Texan, Hot Fudge Sundae and Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Shooters. Everything was wonderful. One thing I saw that was unusual was upon entering and being greeted by the hostess, I noticed a manager speaking with a patron who seemed to be upset about the cook/cooking. What was unusual about this was the manager was actually writing down notes during their discussion. I thought this was great! Usually when information gets past along, it gets distorted along the way. With the manager’s notes about the discussion, the distortion will be lessened and a more accurate report will be produced. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Only because I have a hard time giving anybody a perfect score. There’s always room for improvement. That being said, I would recommend this new Applebee’s restaurant for good food, good service and a friendly, fun environment.

This was the most friendly restaurant I have been to in a long time. The service was great and the food was perfect. The Mac-n-cheese with chicken and bacon was so yummy and my burger was so fresh the bun was warm and soft but not so soft it fell apart and the meat was full of flavor. We will for sure be back.

One night at trivia, I saw a commercial for a brunch burger at Applebee’s. I’m always looking for a breakfast burger that can compare with Brian’s 24 down in San Diego’s gaslamp district, and to this date, I haven’t found any that come close. Seeing as how the Applebee’s in my area shut down years back, I looked to Unilocal to find the next nearest. Lancaster. Thankfully the Antelope Valley Fair was starting up today, and we could make this a stop on our way to that. There were actually two Applebee’s in Lancaster. The crappy old one, and the shiny brand new one just three miles away. Well, given those choices, we decided to visit the brand new one. Ok, I’ve never been to either location, so… maybe the crappy old one isn’t really that bad. This Applebee’s sits across from a Target, and this restaurant looked like it was formerly a store in a strip mall. This place could have been a shoe store, a KB Toys, or even a Blockbuster. Weird. We could be sitting in the new release section. Schoolteacher and I crossed the parking lot in the warm air. When we approached the door, a guy standing there opened it up for us. We were greeted, and fairly quickly sent to a table… where we waited. The guy who sat us at the table said ‘Somebody will see you in less than five minutes.’ After much more than five minutes passed, I pressed the ‘call server’ button on the automated electronic doohickey we had at our table. Like Chili’s, they are replacing server functions with tablets. You can order drinks and appetizers on the the tablets, as well as kill some time with paid games and other assorted apps. I noticed Schoolteacher internetting on her phone, so I broke out the ‘ol 3DS and started a game of my own. All the while, the little doohickey flashed a red light to signal anybody it could.(We’re not sure it’s digitally connected to anything, we think it just flashes a light) After some more additional time, a waitress came by. We ordered our food, as well as our drinks; since we’d had plenty of time to review the menu. After this point, the waitress came by far more often now. I ordered my brunch burger, and Schoolteacher got a salad. Apparently there’s just a super long load time for waitresses. Once you’ve got one, service is fairly steady. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. When we got our food, the table next to us had just been seated, and they awkwardly stared at us eating our food while waiting their ridiculously long wait time for their own waitress. Hang in there guys! You’ll get one… eventually! I do like the décor of the place, it’s got all the local sights of Lancaster. I recognized the jet fighters of Joe Davies Air Park, and there was a photo/painting depicting the local art museum… and the local sports teams. Wait… there’s an art museum in Lancaster? Huh… who knew? So the brunch burger was okay. Endless fries were lost on me, as I was stuffed after the burger and fries. Unfortunately, it’s still not up to Brian’s 24 breakfast burger caliber. Schoolteacher’s salad was also well within the ‘ok’ range. All in all, this experience has taught me that I really should spend some time to explore Lancaster. I’ve only whizzed past it on the 14 freeway en route to somewhere. They’ve got an art museum and everything. After we paid our bill using the tabled, we took off towards the Antelope Valley Fair. Where we had more fun.
