AV Trophy & Uniform Co

Where do I begin… I have unfortunately had the displeasure of being lied to and inconvenienced by Jim and his shady business practices. I had a simple embroidery job (a name on a baby blanket) which seems to me that an «embroidery shop» would have no problem accomplishing. However, after being told as I have before how incredibly «busy» the lady who does the embroidery is and seemingly annoyed that I even needed it done, that it wouldnt be a problem, and would be done by the date I needed it by I left it considering he had OVER a week to accomplish it. When I called him –yes I had to call his business to check on the progress– pathetic. He un apologetically proceeded to tell me that she never got to it and wasnt going to until Monday. This was Friday at 4 and the baby shower was the following morning… He never once apologized and from the beginning knew when I needed it. As it was a gift for my nephew… I had even given him my business in the past as well so this is how he thanked a repeat customer, terrible dishonest business practice if you ask me. I ended up taking the blanket to B’s Embroidery (on the Friday at 4:30 not only did she accommodate me immediately but with a smile and great attitude.) I wouldnt give Av trophy a dime of your money from the grumpy rude old man that cant be bothered, to the lies to get your item and hold it until they «feel like» completing it. Regardless of your needs. What a headache DO NOT support this business, if you could even call it that.

I called AV trophy needing badges made pretty much over night. I emailed him the information he needed and he designed them and had them printed out the next morning ready for me to pick up. The bill was under 20 $ Jim did a great job and was very helpful and sweet the whole time. I can’t wait to use AV Trophy again!
