Baby’s Sweet Beginnings Ltd.

I came here initially because I had a coupon from the Entertainment Book (I normally go to Care Connection because it is closer). On my first visit, I had very limited time, but I knew exactly what I wanted and the woman who helped me was fast and friendly. The Bravado bra I bought actually started to unravel in about a month (very unusual for that brand, BTW), so I went back and talked to Polly, the owner, about it. She was unable to replace it herself because she did not have the same one in stock. She gave me information on how to replace it directly with Bravado, but then took it a step further and contacted them herself while I waited and made all the arrangements for me. I would have been satisfied with her giving me the info and doing it myself, but as a mom of three (one a newborn), it was a great relief to have this help. This excellent experience combined with an underwhelming one I recently had with Care Connection will make it worth the time and gas to take the longer trip to Baby’s Sweet Beginnings. Thanks Polly!
