Best buy is very educated staff and convenient. Mitch in the mobile department taught me a lot in a little time. The convenience of getting the product in hand was wonderful, everywhere else I checked had to prevent order it. Thanks best buy.

This location is a bit closer. However, because they don’t get the volume that the Reynoldsburg store gets, I’m always a bit hesitant that the staff here might not be quite as knowledgeable.
However, this time, execution was fast and efficient. I was looking for a TV display adaptor for my Mac. Lucky, they had a few — each being a different «brand», and thus different price point.
Got the one I was looking for, but the gentleman tried to up-​sell, and get me to buy the Apple TV. Didn’t have time to beat around the bush, so I politely, and bluntly, said no thanks.
No problems at check out. Smooth visit.

Had a car stereo installed today at the Best Buy in Lancaster. I had previously purchased the Sony unit and all of the accessories. The guy that installed my radio did a fantastic job — and he was more than pleasant and seemed to enjoy his work. He left my car in perfect condition and was done early! GOOD JOB BEST BUY!
