This review really needs five stars and one star. We came in already frustrated due to being tossed around on the phone with customer service feeding us different stories, luckily Martin was extremely patient, super friendly and helpful! He truly is what every rep should strive to be! I use to work for VZW and didn’t mention it to see how our trip would go and I must say Martin is a huge asset to the company, I cannot express enough how great he was! However there was also a rep who was the exact opposite! His name was Ryan and he came up to us with an extremely rude attitude insisting there was nothing they could do to help us (which was a lie because Martin and his coworker Sheldon did resolve our issue) Ryan is everything you would hate in an employee! Terrible attitude, extremely rude and spent his time playing on his phone while talking down to me and my husband, I would be embarrassed to be his boss!

It’s a cell phone store what’s not to love with all the new gadgets LOL. Got a great deal who knew that Valentine’s Day is a big sale time for cell phones go figure. I was there yesterday and today getting a new phone each time and dealt with Elizabeth. She is amazing at her job and a great rep. If you’re going in ask for her she’s great!
