So, I tried Caines for the first time. Basically, they offer chicken fingers and basic sides only. No salads? My first impression was that it was very clean and modern. I liked that but I didn’t like the extremely loud music. Also, it’s nice to be greeted but is it necessary to be greeted by three different people? I felt uncomfortable. I just want to be left alone when I eat and not have people asking me more than once how the food is and trying to clear my plate before I’m ready to go. I can understand trying to provide good customer service but there is a line between courteous and annoying.
The food was okay. Chicken fingers were soggy. Fries we’re just okay. The Texas toast was good. Nothing to write home about though. Not sure what the big deal is about the sauce. It was okay but not rave worthy.
Might be back, might not.

I have been to a different Canes before. But never have I recieved the customer service as i did here. The staff was super friendly and while eating 2 different workers walked around and made sure things were ok with every customer in the building. The food was hot and delicious. I mean, how can you go wrong with Canes sauce. Wonderful experience! Will definitely be back

I love Cane’s and was so happy when one opened in Lancaster last year.
Everything is always hot and fresh, orders are filled quickly. The sauce is the best part of Cane’s! So addicting and perfect for dipping everything in (even toast)!. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere.

I gave this place a four because the staff was very friendly!!! This was our first time ever going to this restaurant, and I was impressed with the staff and the taste of the food. Great sauce for the chicken. I did not give it a 5 star rating due to the fact that all three of us was sick to our stomachs before we left the restaurant… Not sure what that was about? Maybe uncooked chicken?

It’s all about the sauce man! Fresh deep fried real chicken tenders are the star of this show and the Texas toast is awesome in it’s role of best supporting actor. Meanwhile the fries are a great character actor in this show. My only disappointment is the coleslaw. I wish they would come up with a better supplier cuz I’m not a fan of their slaw and I’m sort of picky about my slaw.
Now for the intangibles of the Lancaster location. The place has an energy about it. Everyone seems happy to be at work. Both times I’ve been there employees were happy and service was great. That speaks volumes. I’m a fan and will be back no doubt.
