Took my kids in for a quick snack and will never return again. They have very poor customer service and the staff is very rude.

Worst customer service ever. I can’t believe how unorganized these people are. All you hear is them complaining and one girl was yelling I’m off so somebody needs to help the people in line. Like cmon. How rude. I ordered spicy chicken fries and they gave me original. And I went to ask for the spicy and she looked at me like I was the dumbest thing in the world. Then while I’m standing right there they laugh at me and continue to make facial expressions at me because I’m waiting for my fries. Ok. I will never return to this Burger King. No way to run a business

Renovation looks good ! I go here. Just for chicken fries!!! Very clean bathrooms are clean and the employees are friendly !

This is the closest Burger King to the east side of Lancaster. They have good customer service and they’re very fast. Food is always good. They just need to take more time to listen to the customers. On two occasions, my husband ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger and they keep giving him one with no cheese. They fixed it one time but the other time we ordered it to go and didn’t realize until we got home.

I normally don’t review chain restaurants but this local BK in Lancaster is definitely awesome and deserves my business week after week. Although awkwardly located on 15th street West inside a plaza next to a Carl’s Jr. and across from a Toys R Us, there is plenty of parking available. The establishment itself is clean and modernized inside. The very friendly staff keep things humming along and orders are sent out quick. I think the best part about this place is that they have two of those Coke freestyle machines! I’ve only seen them myself at the AMC Block 30 in Orange, but basically what this machine does is provide you a choice of over 150 sodas! I haven’t tried Dr. Pepper Cherry until recently and I am now hooked. Just for these machines alone will make me a frequent patron for as long as I live and work in the AV.
