Last time I stopped there ordered a soft drink with order. Got home and it was water. Gave them another try today. Drive through. Paper taped over the order verification on screen telling me their soft drinks are out of order, so can not see order or prices. Wanted breakfast sandwich and coffee so all is good. Ordered combo with coffee. Coffee is not working. We’ll give you anything else. Ok, can’t have a soda, can’t have coffee. I’ll take Orange Juice. Price jumps dramatically. Get to window, question price. Oh, you ordered orange juice. That is extra. Ummm. no I ordered coffee. like your menu said. you told me you would give me anything else. would prefer a soda, but you do not have that. so Orange Juice was about only option left. Well that is extra. OK. then I want coffee like the menu says. We don’t have coffee. OK, then I am not paying extra for the substitution. Well, that is extra. Hope they enjoyed eating my breakfast. I am done. Avoid this place at all cost.

Just wanted to update this one. They are still pretty bad. Very slow service, very poor service. Very poor food. 2013***I am very upset about several different things that happened at this location. When we walked in I took notice to there being no one in line which was a good thing because neither I nor my girlfriend ate all day. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, and a BK bacon burger with no onions due to the fact that i am allergic to them. For being the only order in the building it took them 4 minutes and 30 seconds to produce the order. I took notice that somehow they were able to produce orders for two cars in the drive thru that ordered after my order. Also the customer behind me somehow got his order before ours. We finally got a chance to sit and eat and I started with the burger. I always check to see if they put the onion on or not so I do not stop breathing. I am glad I did. They did not put the onion on but even worse they did and took it back off leaving little pieces on the roll. The bacon was so hard that I was not able to eat it. I was not able to even bite into it. I thought I would be able to enjoy my Chicken sandwich which happens to be one of my favorite in the fast food business. I opened it up to put some ketchup on it to find BROWN lettuce. I then looked inside my girlfriends and hers was brown too. I took pictures if you are interested. When we were done eating I thought I would point out to the manager that was there about the brown lettuce. When I went back up to the counter there were people waiting in line waiting for their orders. One customer even commented that she was waiting in line for 10 minutes. When the manager finally came over I pointed out the brown lettuce that I left on the tray and he said, «I didn’t know about it,» took the tray, turned around and started doing something else. I can’t believe that for a customer service job that he would do something like that without even an apology.

Come on it’s a Burger King what can you expect out of a Burger King? Salty, dry, poor food quality, obnoxious staff who are underpaid, animal rights? Forget that… unknown concept. Think before you hand over your money. Are you helping your body, your mind, your world?

Reviews are true. Slow service is the name of game. They make all the cars pull off so their timer won’t go off and prove to owners or corporate that they are in fact slow as molasses. I really can’t recommend this one.

I have to admit that I was shocked at the horrible reviews this establishment received because I’ve been a fairly regular patron since they opened and have Never had anything but good service and great food despite the fact I almost always ‘special’ order my food. I agree that the service is a bit slow but my orders are always hot, probably because I ‘special order’. And sInce I virtually always go through the drive-thru I can’t say anything about their cleanliness. I may have to check that part out because if it really is dirty, I may have to seriously re-think eating there even though I’ve always thought it was good.

I pulled up to the drive thru and all of the employees are outside smoking, it was around 10:00 p.m. so pulled up ordered my food, paid, got home and my food was ice cold, granted I live less than a mile from there so my food shouldn’t have been stone cold. They will never get another dime from me

I made the mistake of walking inside instead of using the drive through. This place is filthy. Food and garbage on the floor. The staff is beyond clueless and order are regularly incorrect but wow. I’m still amazed at what I saw taking the time to stop in and go inside. It’s really dirty. And not in a temporary oopsie way but in a systemic we don’t keep this place way. Avoid this place unless you are about die without fast food.

Dear lord! I’ve been here before, but since its renovation from the wreck it had recently, not much has improved. Tables were dirty, service was slower than that Wendy’s I posted about, my rings seemed a little cold, mom’s fries seemed a little cold, and it seemed overstaffed but nothing was coming out. It took 10 minutes to get our food. Seriously! I think next time mom and I visit the cemetery(my grandparents are buried there) and need something fast, I think I’d either go to the McDonalds next door or to the Taco Bell I reviewed. Any other Burger King in the area is better than this!
