Probably some of the most ignorant and down right rude bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Definitely not what I expect from a predominately gay establishment. Will more than likely never return after a horrible display of customer service.

Tally-Ho is located in the heart of Lancaster, it’s predominantly a gay bar but often tends to be mixed. It clean, up to date and modern in appearance. Not much happens on weekdays, with the best nights being on Friday or Saturday night. The crowd tends to be mostly middle age or older. The drinks seem somewhat pricey for what you get and the bartenders aren’t the friendliest or best, but then again, this is Lancaster so choices of gay places are limited.

Can be fun some nights and really boring on other nights. Better since they remodeled bartenders are stuck up and filled with attitude

Dragged my boyfriend here after a night out. We had shots, root beer float and chocolate cream banana. A bit overpriced, it was 3 bucks a shot, I usually pay no more than 2 bucks. The root beer was really bad it tasted like mouth wash, the chocolate cream banana surprisingly tasted like the real deal. Also it’s cash only here so be sure to bring money otherwise there’s an ATM inside. The crowd here seems a bit old like white hair and balding old. Just a heads up for you boys out there looking to hunt.

Horrible bartenders with bad attitudes. This place used to be fun. Those days are long gone. No one fun goes there and the staff frown on happiness.

The wife and I love this place! We’re always treated like royalty, the drinks and service are stellar and the music is always a nice compliment to the décor. It was a bit rough back in the day but the recent remodel did the trick! We’re no longer nervous about inviting our less adventurous friends to check out a Lancaster legend. ;)

Heard stories of this place from the 70’s and 80’s when the founders had it and it was gay, not gay friendly, now it appears a shadow of those days. Present owner has made improvements, bar looks modern and mix of interesting people. Drinks are good, service mixed. Once experienced a foul bartender, mumbling and cursing, came up and slammed my drink on the counter, ouch, seems newer bartenders went to charm school. Several years ago was asualted in the bar, other then that, good place to drink and meet friendly locals, safe neighborhood,…

End-of-the-night bar. It’s fun and drinks are on point. Bring your own mustache.

A nice gay-friendly local bar in the heart of Lancaster. Friendly locals and bartenders add to the welcome atmosphere. Though the music fills the entire bar, it doesn’t really get hoppin until 1230am so if you go early prepare for a relatively empty bar. Drinks are well made and are about $ 5 – 7 each. The bathrooms are well kept and are really just single stall with a lockable door. If you’re in the neighborhood and itching to go out, Tally-Ho is a great way to get your fix.
