First I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general. Never had a bad cup of coffee nationwide. However, this location and in particular one very rude counter employee do not even know how to honor a reward coupon on the DD Perks app on a phone. I can’t be the first person to walk in here with a free reward on the app. She not only was zero help and rude as I gave up and just paid for my coffee, but she shot death glares at my girlfriend who did absolutely nothing to her. I will never set foot in this location again nor should you.

If this owner wanted to run by his own rules why bother getting into a franchise. If the owners want to play by a different set of rules than the rest of the system well then we should go to the locations that run by franchise rules. I want Dunkin Donuts to be the same every where or why not stop at any mom and pop place.

If consistent is your thing, look no further. My crème brûlée latte hit the spot and I am not talking about my lap. I had a caffeine deficit today and this little ditty settled my nerves and my head ache quite nicely. Thanks to the cheerful barista who helped me get my medication.

Dunkin Donuts is an East Coast institution and a good alternative from fast food breakfasts. I’m not a coffee drinker, so no comment on that part, but I do like their breakfast sandwiches and donuts.
This location is new and has a drive-thru window along with a somewhat spacious interior. Service is fast and somewhat attentive, though it was not clear where I was supposed to wait for my take out order.
They had an annoying radio morning show blaring on the speakers, so you might want to just hit the drive-thru window. Access from Lincoln Highway can be a challenge due to heavy traffic and no light, but there is a «back» entrance from the road to East Towne Mall.

Love Dunkin Donuts for their coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches. Arrived a little early to Dutch Wonderland, so stopped in here for a quick bite and to grab an iced coffee. Place was clean, service was quick, and staff was friendly. We even used the bathrooms before heading out and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they were. Drive-thru service is also available here, but we ate inside.
