Grimy room. Big and spatious, linens were clean. But the bathroom not so much. Shower curtain dingy, pubic hairs on the floor, fingerprint grime on the light switch, last guest left a used bar of soap in the hotel plastic cup on the sink and there it sat when we arrived. Cakey soap buildup on the sink’s faucet handle and brown gunk inside of the plastic see-through handle.

We found this online for our stay in Lancaster. The price was great, since a 4 night stay got us an extra 20% discount. We arrived to find the location right on Route 30, close to everything. The hotel presents as clean with easy parking. The staff was very friendly and was responsive to all our needs during the stay. Our room had a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Cons? Well, the hotel is a little outdated. The bathrooms are the most in need of an update. Also, the blankets provided on the beds are paper-thin; during our July stay, with the air on, I needed to get two more from the front desk to stay warm — my wife was warm and needed the AC. Neutral items — the breakfast. There was a basic continental breakfast in the morning with doughnuts, cereal, bagels, etc. It was advertised as lasting until 9am, however it was extended and served later every day. One simple improvement — get a double toaster or a second one. When busy, there is a logjam around the one toaster for breakfast. Overall, for the cost/value, would stay here again if in the Lancaster area.

Stayed there two weeks ago. It’s the third or fourth time I was there. The room was newly painted and the bathroom was also somewhat new. Plenty of hot water. Beds were fine, a/c worked well. Paid $ 88 for the room with tax. In the off season it’s less. They have free continental breakfast and though I didn’t stay for it I did grab a donut which was quite good. There’s actually a place to sit and eat now as that used to be a sort of waiting room near the front desk so you either stood and ate or brought the stuff back to the room. There’s no hair dryer in the room but we got one from the front desk when we asked although I don’t know if there would be enough to go around if everyone had asked for one. Place still needs some work to get up to standards but it’s much better than it used to be.

Stayed here for the night while visiting my brother who was in town for a wedding. Definitely not worth the $ 120(taxes included) per night to stay here, but if you can get it for a little cheaper it’s perfectly adequate just for a place to stay for the night and shower in the morning. Room came with a mini-fridge and microwave(unexpected) but the TV had to have been from the 90s. Huge and very old. The beds were very firm(too hard for me, but the fiancé was comfy). Air conditioner worked perfectly, though it was a bit clunky and noisy throughout the night. Everything seemed clean enough and décor was standard. Simple enough for our 14 hour stay, but definitely nothing to write home about. I’m assuming the location is convenient for most people who are in town for Dutch Wonderland or other touristy things. TONS of chain restaurants and outlet shopping in the area.

Cheapest room in Lancaster with 24-hour advanced booking. More reviews on , check them because there are many and also more recent ones. Like the other reviewers on , you know a strong smell in the place when you enter, and in the room. It’s no smoking, no pets, so you wonder what they are hiding. Maybe mold due to dampness in carpeting? I dunno. There’s a big sign«Newly Renovated» but where and how it’s not clear. The main hallway carpet could use a major cleaning. The room was adequately appointed. The bathroom definitely was not renovated, and there was a slight mold in the caulking – they just need to re-caulk, but otherwise all was adequate enough not to ask for another room or check out. But, will be doing more research and spending a few more bucks next time we return to this area.

We had a two night stay booked here and lets just say if you don’t mind sleeping in the conditions of a fraternity house then your OK. This place is disgusting! This place really must not care about anything then collecting money. The room was dirty, bed sheets were stained, no toilet seat cover, mold all over the bathroom including the shower curtain(seriously? This item can be taken down and washed or replaced). I would tell everyone NOT to stay here even if they paid you!

Two words. BEDBUGS. Seriously found two while I was lying in my room, and that was it. Refunded and left. No thanks.
