Excellent food here. Friendly people here. This place is clean and I enjoy sitting down and earing a burger and fries.

My wife loves this place, so I gave it a try. I got a cheeseburger and fries. I honestly don’t know what all the fuss is about. Small, incredibly bland hamburger with incredibly bland fries. The patty is a thin, dry, flavorless puck and the fries are the worst I’ve ever had. For the price, it’s a very bad value. Two stars, but I gave it an extra star for the fact that they pay their employees well and have Gospel verses on the packaging. I’ll stick to Whataburger.

What I love about this place is the simplicity. They have a small menu and good burgers. this simple formula works. The taste of a fresh cut white onion on a burger… OeeeWeee Good! This ain’t the place for a machine burger like McDonald’s. The fries needs some work and that maybe the only complaint. Enjoy Alvin Davis

Everyone spoke so highly of this place, especially a co-worker FROM California. Well I was not impressed, will never go back. The fries suck assssssss, the burgers were mediocre, and when I asked for mayo I was told they do not carry mayo!!! WTF! I rather drive next door to Chili’s and have an amazing craft burger and delicious fries for $ 10!

Tried it once, didn’t like it. I thought maybe it was an off night. Went back a few months later and still wasn’t impressed. Give me Whataburger over In and Out any day. I’d take Jack N The Crack before IN and OUT. Sorry Cali, y’all can have this back and bring something else. Just my humble opinion, try it for yourself.

Burgers good but service terrible. I have eaten at this one twice and one in another state and they have all messed up my order. If you get what’s on the menu then you are fine. If you ask for no special sauce or something else good luck. I have not been impressed

Stopped in here for lunch today with a large group of about 20 people. The staff handled it perfectly; quick and efficient. The food was fantastic. Burgers turned out great and the fries were over flowing their basket. Delicious food, low price, great service.

Truly a disappointing experience. The burger was bland. No one here has heard of this new invention called ‘salt’. The chocolate shake tasted and looked like a vanilla shake with a squirt of chocolate syrup. Didn’t get the fries, but husband did and was not impressed either. This one, sadly, is off my burger checklist.

the workers were super nice and friendly. The restaurant and restroom were both cleaned. i almost wiped out on a freshly mopped portion of the floor. i would have made it on AFV but only laughed if i won. the hamburger was oe so fresh and deliciously messy. when stuff if oozing out then you know you got a great burger. the fries need help. they are freshly cut and competely none greasy. but they are competely tasteless. maybe add some cajun seasoning or seasoning salt or something. i dont like the taste of a fresh bland fried potato. i must ding a star for this.

Well kids, I’m not joining the team of ‘In & Out’ lovers. I thought it was just… okay. I wanted to start basic so I got a cheeseburger which was good. Not greasy at all but nothing special. I was not aware of the sauce they use on the burgers and I don’t like that. It tasted like the special sauce on a Big Mac or that pink stuff at Raising Canes. The fries had no flavor at all, almost like they weren’t real potatoes, very different. The prices are decent and the menu is simple so I thought the burger would’ve made more of an impact. Maybe my expectations were just too high from hearing about it it for so long.

My first visit to an In-N-Out was in Las Vegas and I really liked it. When it opened in the Dallas area I was pleased to have another burger option. But I’ve gotta be honest: I’ve visited two metroplex locations now(once in N. Dallas, and twice to this one in Lancaster) and although I like the burgers OK, the fries are a huge disappointment. To me they don’t even taste like real potatoes any more, and the texture is just plain weird. I have no idea how that can be the case — since I know they use fresh potatoes, I have to assume it’s something in the way they’re cooked or what kind of oil they use. Three visits, three strikes. If I want really good fries, I’ll visit another fast food place. I do want to add that I’ve never seen a fast-food place as nicely landscaped as this one, though.

This location actually created the most beautiful, as-seen-in-the-picture burger. Our burgers ACTUALLY looked like the marketing images. No squished bun, leaky meat, soggy lettuce, or missing sauce. It was large, balanced, fresh ingredients, and just tasty. I really enjoyed my animal-style cheeseburger.

The last time I had in & out I was in Las Vegas struggling with allergies and couldn’t really eat anything but a neopolitian milk shake, while it was awesome, I was pretty disappointed in my late April trip with a cold snap and horrible allergies(thanks valley.) Anyways, I moved to Waco and knew I had to take my son on our day trip to Dallas a long lost west coast gem he may vaguely remember(We moved from Vegas in 2012) This location was easy to get to from the freeway, and one of the first places once you get into the Greater Dallas area. It was crowded with a tour bus full of middle school basketball players but the staff worked together great as a team. Our food was served hot, to order and pretty fast, Getting a table on the other hand was the challenge, I hate letting my 5 yr old sit alone while I go to get the food but it was needed.

If I’m rolling on Interstate 35 and my tummy is rumbling, In N Out is my 1st choice for a quick meal. The drive thru is pretty speedy and I really like the simple menu. The price is also a major plus lol… I can get rid of hunger for less than $ 5… my usual is a hamburger with an order of fries. They’re not huge burgers but just the right size and tasty.

I normally shy away from writing reviews… however this place gets a 5 star rating from me… Now, it was crazy stupid packed after 2pm. however the cashiers still managed to wear a smile… The burgers are real simple which I loved.. Not a 10 piece billboard display going on. just straight to the point. My husband and I ordered the identical thing… #2 with grilled onions which came with a nice size order of fries and a drink. Totaling 12 bucks! Can u say WINNING… So, we waited at least 30 mins for our ticket number to be called but noticed one thing that stood out, NOONEWASCOMPLAININGABOUTTHELONGWAIT… unlike our GREAT Houstonians, no one flipped out nor showed their ASSETS… When our food arrived it was worth the wait! That burger will make u slap everybody’s momma… I called it,” Heaven on a bun”. dont remember chewing it, it was that good.. No mayo or mustard. instead they use a house sauce that didnt drown out any favors… I must try it again

I feel like that if I lived in Texas, In-N-Out Burger would be 3 stars. However, I don’t…which means I only get to eat it once or twice a year… which means it’s not 3 stars. I’ve always liked In-N-Out. I like the vibe, I like the people that work there, and most importantly… I like the food. There’s nothing unbelievable about their food, it’s just good. And for a fast food burger joint, I can’t think of any other place I’d rather have a bite to eat at. If you decide to eat at In-N-Out, ALWAYS… and I stress ALWAYS… order your food«animal style.» Whatever is in the sauce is pretty damn good and worth a taste. The food is relatively cheap, a touch greasy(not overwhelming), and fairly priced. In-N-Out is winning!

This vegetarian thinks heaven is: In-N-Out grilled cheese, animal style. Saucy and flavorful, big thick American cheese, fresh veggies and a perfect bun. God, so so good, and the price is right, too. Animal style = caramelized onions, pickle, extra spread, and mustard. And yes, you can get grilled cheese animal style. We were asked«Will you be eating in the car?» Result: a paper placemat to keep our laps clean. Awesome. The placemat plus the cardboard box is 100% necessary since all that flavor can get drippy. The staff here always seem polite, and restaurant is clean, however, they do close the dining room at 10pm for safety reasons since this is not such a good part of town.

For years I’ve been told that In-n-out is amazing and when the store in Dallas first went up I hear there were lines around the block to get in. Boy do people have some free time on their hands. Is it better than McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Burger King? Absolutely. For fast food it is incredibly fresh and you probably don’t feel as gross after eating a combo meal here. I will say that where the other fast food chains have them beat is the fries. I appreciate that they are fresh cut but I think I prefer the processed ones.
