I love love love Jamba and this location is very efficient and clean with super friendly staff! I didn’t know Jamba made protein shakes but they do and their cookies and cream with banana, whey protein and cookies and cream cookies is so yummy and packed with 28g of protein, perfect for when you’re feeling a little hungry or maybe after a workout. Does have 37g of sugar but that’s probably what gives it the yummy flavor!

So in the beginning of the week, when our office called in an order, the guy who took our phone order let us know that we are allowed to order 3 items instead of 2. Yay! Although when the office ordered this morning, that wasn’t the case. Even though it’s an inconvenience to call back, we went ahead and did it anyway without complaints. It wasn’t until the office called back 15 times to realize they were purposefully ignoring our calls. Unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review but if it was up to me they wouldn’t get any. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. When we went in to pick up our food, the customer service wasn’t any better. Christine let us know the manager stepped out and wouldn’t be back for 15 minutes. So I suppose this complaint will have to go to corporate and our office with start ordering from juice box on Lancaster Blvd. who have excellent healthy products as well as A+ customer service.

Love the convenience of location. However, I have yet to order something(usually one of the first customers in the morning) that I don’t hear, sorry we are out of… This morning they were out of dates and almond milk, two major ingredients in their almond milk smoothies. They did offer to use 2% in place. Hmmm, they reason I ordered almond milk is allergic to diary. I had to suggest substituting soy. Plan ahead people, if you run out of something there is a grocery store 1000 feet away! Go get it!

Came in and ordered a large carrot orange twist along with some other drinks. When the drinks were done I saw they made me a small so I asked to get a large they told me I only paid for a small and said I could pay the difference but Anthony just stared at me like I was an idiot. He told me nobody had a till to ring me up and so they could not do anything about it. He continued to stare at me until I decided to leave because I was in a hurry. I go to this location all the time and always receive bad service from Anthony.

The Peanut Butter Chocolate Lovers is amazing; however the service I recently experience was poor. I am not only basing my review on the experience I had at the location, but also how the Corporate Customer Service in Emeryville, CA never contacted me back for over a week and when I finally spoke with someone it didn’t make much of a difference. So as a rewards member and loyal customer, I have decided to give them a PAUSE for now. I work too hard for my money and like to feel appreciated when I am spending it.

Had a very positive experience. I was helped by Melissa. She was very friendly and even helped me pick out a drink. Very good customer service and better than Jamba in Palmdale hands down

Don’t bother calling in your order. I tried to call in for one smoothie and I was told they couldn’t take any phone orders because of how busy they were. Totally understandable, so I drove to their location and found NOONE in there. 5 employees and not a customer in sight. Wtf? I was only a few minutes away! There was another time I tried to call In an order of 5 smoothies, and I was told they only took a max of 2 smoothies per phone order, and that I would have to call back and order them 2 at a time. On top of that it had taken several phone calls just to get someone to answer the phone. Really juvenile, and I believe this might just be some manager’s policy, because I never have this problem at other locations.

So I’m usually a fan of Jamba since their smoothies are pretty good and healthier than other food establishments in the area. Well this morning made me kind of regret paying 5 bucks for a small smoothie. I just finished doing a fitness boot camp and thought I’ll grab a smoothie before work as a treat for my hard work in class. Well online and on the store window it says they open at 06:30 am. Not today I guess. I stood in front of the store and waited 10 minutes for them to even open the doors. I’m not invisible people the employees obviously saw me standing there and nothing. Ok I digress, so then the girl with the long braids unlocks the door and doesn’t even open it for me just looks and me and keeps going. Ok a bit rude but hey maybe she’s tired? It’s early not everyone is a morning person. I walk in and the chairs were still up on tables the floor wasn’t even swept and as I was walking in I said Good Morning to that lovely lady and she rolled her eyes and kept moving. The worst customer service ever! I’m actually even irritated I ordered anything. I should of just left, but the Berry Upbeet Smoothie was good only drank half since it has 40 g of sugar for a 16 oz. All in all I’ll go to Jamba in Palmdale for now on!

My husband I used to enjoy going to Jamba Juice. The staff they had was amazing with great customer service skills. Now they have all new staff and not so pleasant attitudes. We just went and it will be the last time that we ever go to this location. The staff had been playing very offensive music with curse words. It is a place of business, not your friend’s house where you can play whatever music you want. A great way to drive out customers, especially those with kids. Very sad.

Had stopped by to get myself a Jamba and the cashier in front was not very friendly Tiff, I believe was her name. Didn’t greet me was just standing there waiting for me to tell her my order. A smile goes a long way. On another occasion I went to get my friend a Jamba and they didn’t have the ingredient that was needed to make the juice. Who is the manager here and why aren’t there employees trained on customer service as well as keep there store stocked with the supplies/ingredients they need to make what they offer.

Jamba Juice sent me a coupon. I asked the cashier if I could use the coupon first before ordering and she said I could. The coupon was for Buy one get one free, she later scan the coupon and said I had used it or the system wasn’t working properly. I said I haven’t used the coupon not haven’t used it before. I asked her if she could still honor the coupon and she said no. I asked her to type in the coupon and she said no, that she needed to scan the QR. I asked her if she could override the coupon manually and she said Nope.

If I could give half a star I would first off we came in after a long drive from San Jose California we ordered our drinks they charged us then waited about 10 minutes came back and told us they ran out of main ingredients for the drinks so then they served only one out of the four drinks but couldn’t figure out how to give a full refund 15 minutes later past finally gave her a refund and then took another 5 minutes to charge the drink that we actually had mind you it was a medium drink which is a third of it was missing and watered down by the time got to enjoy it I don’t know what’s going on but this was not only bad customer service how the hell do you run out of main ingredients at 1:30 in the afternoon get it together

This Jamba Juice has a monopoly in Lancaster being the only one. It is good for its smoothies. They always seem to be training new people though. They must have a high turn around for new hires. My new favorite is the Orange Karma with fresh carrot juice banana and mango. I like it because it is one of the only smoothies that doesn’t have apple juice as a base. I also enjoy their strawberry whirl on occasion. The staff has always been fast and courteous at this location and I would recommend it as one of the few cool drink places in the hot AV desert.

If you take notice of my tip, you will see I’m a regular. Not just a check in regular, but honestly I go 5 – 7 times a week. The guys are super cool and even though they know what i order pretty much every time, they encourage me to try different things. So far so good… I might try the whole menu. It is a super friendly environment. I figured as often as I visit and because I am constantly satisfied, I should give them the extra star they deserve.
