I wish I could take this resturant and transport it back to New York where I live! This place has it all. Everytime our family goes on vacation we make it a point to stop here. First, the décor is beautiful. The resturant is very clean and well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and accommodating for larger parties. The food is out of this world. Not only is there a sushi bar, but the Wok is my favorite. Everything is cooked in a timely manor up at the wok and the chefs cooking the food are very friendly which is a great. The carving station is also amazing. Each time dishes run out, the employees are quick to replenish them and that’s key when it comes to buffets. The food is out of sight and at a very good price. And the chocolate fountain is a very nice plus!

This is THEBEST Chinese buffet in Lancaster. Super clean and so much variety of food! Hibachi, sushi, Chinese, Japanese, desserts, and American food for the kiddos that don’t like Chinese food! I love this place!

Oh, my. This is like the Taj Mahal of Chinese Buffets. It is sooo clean. The employees are so polite. The food is good. The décor is crazy. They have a Valentine’s Tree, Christmas wreaths, an Amish horse and buggy, and assorted other crazy crap around. Maybe there is an elusive sect of Chinese Amish that I am not aware of… but I digress. We went there this past Saturday night on a whim with 30 people from the Volleyball tournament. The management did not blink an eye. They even gave us a discount, and put us in our own room. Seriously, the food was very good for one of these buffets. It had a lot of the typical items, but also quite a few items that were unusual, too. I am allergic to shellfish, so I couldn’t eat most of it, unfortunately. I made myself a plate from the hibachi section, The hibachi chef suggested teriyaki sauce, with a touch of garlic, ginger, and pepper. It was delicious! I’m so happy we went there. It was actually much better than our meal at Texas roadhouse. We will be back.

I have been to this buffet with my fiancé many times and we always have a good experience. The food is delicious and the staff is always polite and efficient. The last time we were here, and the reason I decided to write the review, we had just paid or bill and we’re preparing to leave when the manager came over and said that he remembered the last time we were there we were charged for drinks and that he knows that we only ever drink water and he refunded us money for the drinks. I didn’t even notice that we’d been overcharged but I was very impressed with the honesty of the establishment. I highly recommend.

Everyone gave this place a 4 out of 5. That’s the only reason we stopped here to eat. Unfortunately the food fell well short of 4. In my opinion 2 out of 5. Will likely never return.

We stopped by this place based on comments and ratings — we can’t rate the food, but my wife walked around to see what they had to offer and we ended up leaving. There was an interesting smell and when leaving it really smelled of cigarette smoke. We decided to not go any further.

Excellent! The owners could have easily bought the building and put a nice buffet, but they went above and beyond. The interior design and layout is beautiful and clean. The food is fresh and delicious. The«pick your own» hibachi was very generous. Staff all have smiles and are happy. Price is reasonable. The chocolate fondue fountain was awesome as well. Try it out, you will love it!

This is one of my favorite Chinese Buffets, you get a good feeling as soon as you walk in the door. The people who work here seem happy and ready to serve you, a smile goes a long way. No you will not find some of the items you might find in Chinatown such a chicken feet or pig feet. We are a mixed couple and my Chinese partner always find something that she is more than satisfied with. Yesterday I had the sweet sausage, I was unhappy the meatloaf was not available but this was a great replacement. It is basically Chinese/American 80⁄20. Everything is fresh and hot. Chicken dishes not overcooked and dry. My partner likes the special prepared noodle dishes. I would match it with anything in the Philadelphia Area and we have been to most.

Stopped here after working all day and I’m not real big on buffets but this place is really good. Lots of seafood choices as well as some very good steak and roast beef. Pleasantly surprised.

I’ve tried many buffets in Lancaster and Manor Buffet is the latest Chinese inspired buffet to pop up in the Lancaster City area. I’ve been here a few times and of course the first time was the best. The food quality has gone down a bit but I still enjoy the meal.

Everything the top reviews promised and more; way too much food to try it all in one visit — and all of it *stellar*. I write as someone who has made a career of visiting Asian buffets… I travel for a living, and buffets are my go-to destination for dinner. This is my new reference buffet, and the others will have a tough time living up to it.

First off the décor is really cool, reminds me of a Vegas buffet. The food was really fresh and didn’t look like it had sat out for hours like some buffets. There was also a very impressive variety of choices. But the best part had to be the staff. Everyone was super nice and even though we were there pretty late, they told us if there was anything we wanted, to let them know and they’d make it for us. 10/10, would eat again.

My review is based on several lunches with my family. I gave it 5 stars because it’s the best Chinese buffet in the Lancaster area. Food selection is awesome! The price for lunch is very reasonable. The taste and seasoning on the food are on the moderate side for a Chinese restaurant. They have a hibachi where you can add up flavor or sauce as they cook it for you. The ambience/décor is better than most restaurant. The place has plenty of seats/space. The bathrooms are nice. You won’t see anything as nice as this around. It’s like being in Atlantic city or Vegas. I’ve been in this place as early as 11:15am and it’s really clean and the food is freshly cooked. I’ve also been here late in a late afternoon. It was crowded and they are having a hard time keeping up with the mess. With such great food selection, really nice ambience, reasonable price, and decent service, it’s a winner for best Chinese buffet in the area!

On route to Boston we were hoping to go to an amish buffet, but didn’t make it in time. Seen a lot of mixed reviews about this place online, but decided to give it a whirl and I am glad we did! From the outside it looks like an average –strip mall buffet joint… But once inside OMG! The décor on the inside is ridiculous and beautiful. The buffet has food from all over the country. There was a lot of different foods that I have never tried. I recommend the«Swaine» They also have a cook to order hibachi grill inside as well that is included in the price and really good sushi(if you’re into that thing)! Will return when we roll through the area.

The seafood items are excellent. They serve crabs in half, roast duck, good size shrimps, king crabs, clams, oysters, etc. The quality of the food is very good and fresh. The presentation is excellent and very clean. The desserts are housed inside glass door. I hope they will stay the same way because a lot of buffet places becomes stale and boring after a few years.

So after hearing all the hype from my father who eats here several times a week I decided to check it out for myself. Found some coupons in the Clipper magazine but surprise… they can’t be used on weekends which is when we were planning to go. This was my last meal before a two day fast for a medical procedure so I was pretty pumped up about stuffing my face. First off upon entry the place was nicely decorated. I did found the dining areas to be a little scattered and a strange arrangement of columns, half walls, etc. separating the different dining areas. At times I found myself walking too close to occupied tables to get to the buffet stations. I would say the layout is awkward at best. As for the food it was displayed nicely. Not anything special here that hasn’t been served at other buffets. I did find the salad bar not up to par, and felt the local grocery store had more fresh selections. Each table focused on a different element of the meal; from protein, to seafood, to the biggest selection which was the starches. I felt there was too many and not enough vegetable selections. I found an overly cheesy broccoli casserole type dish, and another spinach dish, again smothered in cheese. A lot of the buffet space focused on sushi type selections which was largerly ignored by us and other diners during our visit. The Chinese dishes were basically the same dish over and over just with different proteins. There was a craving station tucked into a corner by the stir fry on demand station which could be easily overlooked. A serving of the beef — prime rib(?) that I chose was not tasty and after a bite or two remained on my plate. In actuality I had a hard time finding dishes that appealed to me and remember this was my final meal before a long fast! On the plus side the chocolate fountain was at a station occupied by an attendant and had a notice about children being supervised. This is a plus as at some other local buffets it’s usually a free for all by children who’s parents are nowhere to be seen. My boyfriend on the other hand filled up and enjoyed his selection of fried, greasy, and cheesy foods. For me this will be my one and only visit.
